I am a US business who had hired CDN to develop an mobile phone app. We have worked with them for the past six months. I found the team very supportive, responsive and eager to partner. They were willing to make adjustments during the development process. Their team did a first rate job project managing the process and had especially strong designs and look and feel. Thanks to the team for solid support and engagement.

Worst Company, don't get convinced by their fake reviews on glassdoor and google. Most of the reviews are posted by HR team or they force employee to post good reviews.

No job security in this company, they can fire any employee anytime. HR policies are on paper only, in real HRs are for formality only. Any day HR can tell you that today is your last day, don't need to come to office from tomorrow. Don't risk your professional and personal life by joining this company. Don't join if you are not starving.....

Pathetic work culture, seems like dictators are running this company and harassing employees. Employees are treated like slaves.

Typical mid size company with low mentality of owners.

Cdn software solutions is a good comapny for learn and improve.
Comapny is growing day by day, also work process is good except some time you will have to face pressures(as all other company also have pressures).

Pros-
1. Really good company for freshers and IT professionals who are in early stage of their career. You will learn a lot being a part of CDN.
2. Salary disbursement will be on time.

Cons-
1. Work-life balance won't be there if you are in CDN
2. Work culture is not good.

Nice exposure to work in different technologies too, nice work environment, a good infrastructure, One can learn here how to work even in condition of pressure which will increase one's working capability.

Worst place to work so for....
Highly unprofessional management and leaders. bunch of morons are running this company as dictators.
Nothing for employee motivation, most of employees are frustrated because of negative work environment. Very high attrition rate but management doesn't care about anything.
Only good thing is that salary got credited on time.

It's good software development company, I have visited at once, nice infrastructure.

Worst company to work no work life
No any employee banifits
They comited for heath heath insurance at the time of Interview but after one year they are not provided.
And they comited for 5 day working but
In current year holiday calender I found for every off of any festival they have Saturday working.
Like for holi they provide 2 days off monday and Tuesday
But they are working on Saturday 07 March and 14 March for that two festival holiday
Same as no off on rangpanchami
And furthur holidays like rakhi deepawali off
They decided to working Saturday
Over all worst to work here.

I have worked 5.3 years in the company. Awesome experience to work with CDN. Nice place to improve your skills and nice infrastructure.

I came here as a fresher and in 10 month I got a valuable knowledge and confidence. Working enviornment is pretty good and all the seniors are helpfull. Also salary get on time.
