Ccbho doesn t care about your children nor the mentaly I ll in Allegheny county. I have a video that pretty much stats that. When I tried to go for a second level complaint about what was said in this video. I was scared by ccbho to not go further with the complaint because I could be put in jail for my recording. Which they know I am poor and don t have money for a lawyer so they knew I would with drawl it. They clearly are for the providers I mean they are the insurance company. They made it a point that if my video was used I could be subject to having charges placed on me. The woman that told me this name was Alyssa Allen. Supervisor of ccbho. Please when you dealing with this group please know they don t care about you nor your child they want to cover up this fact. And if you got them in the Conor they will make sure to threaten you So you don t go through the complaint process.

They need to update their site. Every person I have contacted via their site that has said accepting new patients is not accepting new patients. They gave me a list of people to call but only 2 of them are in the distance I m able to drive. It s a shame when someone tries to reach out for help and they re denied everywhere basically.
