Absolutely amazing experience for over a year with CBS therapy. Miss Alicia is an excellent speech therapist and has helped our son tremendously. Karen, in the office, is one of the kindest people I have met. She has gone out of her way to accommodate us on many levels.

HANDS DOWN this place is the best!! The therapists are great with the kids and the parents. They take their time with every child they are with and they don't rush you or make you feel unwanted in the sessions. The office manager Jen is great with handling any and all questions and concerns, we as parents have. She is friendly, kind and definitely is the glue to making this office run the way it should. The office staff is also friendly and very helpful.

I can't say enough good things about the therapists and staff that work so hard with the children.

Not a good place to try to get physical therapy and it takes FOREVER to get in contact with the therapist. Not even people that work with her can contact her if its not through email, no phone and HORRIBLE at answering emails. It took me 2 weeks of non stop calling and emailing everyone almost everyday just to get a letter for the doctor to send to insurance. don't waste your time if your kid needs the help.

They are the absolute best. Karen (office manager) is just wonderful and my daughter has worked with two of the best speech teachers. ( Mark and Jeremy) They make learning fun and creative for her, while engaging her academically. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working for CBS Therapy over the past two years. Jen, the office manager, is the rock of this company. Whenever you have a question or concern, she is there to hear you out and help in the best way she can. There are multiple opportunities for growth in clinical experience with placements and in the outpatient clinic. I was able to learn a lot about myself as a clinician and gain hands-on experience. I would definitely recommend working for this company if you're looking for all that I've mentioned above.

After my experience at CBS therapy there is no other place I would personally recommend to others. My 6 year-old son received Speech therapy services at CBS therapy with Alicia, but had interactions with both the occupational therapist and physical therapists in the office as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, never made me feel rushed or just another appointment on the books. Which is important for us as adults, never mind as a parent where the appointment is for your child's well being. They were very easy to talk to, effectively communicated to me my sons progress and areas of improvement, always giving me useful resources to follow-through with at home improvement. Although I was there for Speech therapy, other therapist in the office who were not currently in session were very friendly and would always interact when possible. Overall I did not have one bad interaction with any of the therapists or staff of CBS therapy and fully entrust my child's well-being and development with the staff of CBS therapy.

This was my first experience in the world of short-term contracts and fee-for-service practice. Jen and Katie at CBS Therapy are truly wonderful and helped me transition to this new role with so much encouragement and support more than I would have ever expected. Katie has gone above and beyond to find placements that are the right fit for me. She truly cares about my happiness and job satisfaction, and her response to phone calls and emails is immediate and thorough. Jen has provided all the information I need to be proficient on the payroll end of the position and is extremely patient and organized. Because of these women, I feel confident and prepared for each placement. As a consulting speech language pathologist, that is a huge reassurance and guarantees that I will continue my relationship with this company.
