However, because their finance department failed to properly submit the IRS Point of Sale Transfer, the rebate is completely inaccessible to a buyer without tax liability a trap they knew or should have known. General Manager Nestor Calderon has actively refused to honor the manager signed contract. A formal fraud complaint will be filed soon with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and legal action for $12,000 in treble damages under NJ Consumer Law is underway. Avoid this dealership's predatory financing games.
