My friends parents were forced to live here due to unforseen medical chaos. The food look inedible. His mom choked and aspirated because she wasn't fed properly. Things were stolen from their room. We never proved it but I did help report theft to KC police. The place is scary and no one is there...

Thank you so much for letting me shadow your nursing and physical therapy staff. They were all so kind and answered all my questions. Seeing what the nurses and therapists do on a daily basis will really help me in making a decision about my future career.

They take good care of my mother. They were my only chance at help and alayne is the reason she is there and taken care of. Clean facility and the staff is amazing, the physical therapist Elaine is also amazing with my mother and help her daily. Thank you to all the staff.

I simply believe the caregivers have too much on their hands, and management as usual, (the decision makers), have no idea what goes on in the real world. The caregivers are overworked, and understaffed which in turn affects the care residents receive.
