We love the Y on Moores Mill! It's super affordable for a family. They have great facilities for working out. They also have free child care while you're there, which our kids love going to; so it's nice to feel comfortable dropping kids off while parent's get a workout in.

The equipment is out of date and shaky. You have to sign up with 30 minutes maximum to use equipment (which means no cool down time) Also there is no variety and it's too crowded with equipment. Lifeguards are awful...the head life guard administers a swim test. She should have said it was a style test, cause the swimming was fine and the style clearly suspect (it s a 6 year old).

It's a good gym, a good range of classes yoga, spin, pilates are usually above average to great. Lloyd's spinning classes are terrific motivating and fun. Catherine's Hatha Yoga classes are well done and unique.

This by far the best value sports club for those who take their health seriously. As a swimmer and tennis player, you re not going to find a more proper or convenient tennis facility or swimming pool with such a caring staff and friendly community.

The pool is the most kid friendly pool out of all ...

The pool is the most kid friendly pool out of all the YMCA's we've been able to get to. The multiple family style bathrooms (FSB) make it easy to get the kids cleaned up after swimming. And there's so many FSB's that we never have to wait. The service from the staff is top notch as well.

I feel safe and welcome at the Carl Sanders YMCA. My group exercise instructors are the best. They have a real interest in my and my classmates' fitness and overall well-being. The tennis program is also wonderful. The staff at the Y has been a bright spot in this dark year of 2020.

I love our Y! They make it easier to stay fit with 4 young children. I love the classes they provide for kids and families as well. And I have had great experiences with the play center staff and wellness coaches. I definitely recommend it for anyone!

I have been to this YMCA location for over 3 years now, and I can not recommend it enough. I love how easy it is to park, little to no wait time for weights and machines, AWESOME childcare available, and just the friendliest staff and fellow health enthusiasts. Truly a gem amongst gyms in ATL

I love the variety of the programs, the friendline...

I love the variety of the programs, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I am there about 6 days a week and focus on swimming, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, spinning and functional weight lifting exercises. The fees are also very reasonable!

The Buckhead branch of the Atlanta YMCA is an exceptional facility. There was a wide variety of equipment (even olympic weightling equipment and a jacobs ladder to name a few). The facility also had highly available cardio equipment and one of the nicer locker rooms I have seen at a YMCA.
