Carinya Care Services

My Dad was here for a short time on a transitional care package. The facility could do with a lick of paint & refurbishment . But overall the staff seemed very caring and that s the main thing. Don t be put off by first impressions.

I not sure why my review was deleted. Anyway l worked as an agency worker and noticed that staff are permitted to sleep for long extensive periods of hours during the night shift. Critically, this had caused a resident to fall due to the negligence and poor diligence in supervision.

I would avoid this facility as it looks very run down and managed poorly.

Stayed for 9 weeks, loved the place and the people. I wanted to stay but it was time for me to go home. The staff helped me improve so i could go home. The food was amazingly good, not what you expect from aged care.

I am very frustrated at the poor service at Carinya. Several staff did not call back when they said they would, they referred to my mother as a him and conversations from them have gone nowhere. I find them to extremely unreliable and frustrating

My Mum and Dad were in Carinya of Bicton for a transitional care and the staff were wonderful. My Mum was in Dementia the staff were so caring and understanding. The best care we could hope for, so we have kept them with Carinya.
