The delivery process was longer than anticipated, which caused some inconvenience in setting up my space. The quality of the products, while initially promising, did not meet my expectations in terms of durability. Additionally, communication with customer service could definitely use some improvement, as my inquiries were not addressed as promptly as I had hoped.
