Cardon & associates

Very disappointed with this company and how they treat their employees. My mother worked for this company for many years, and then was suddenly diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Cardon & associates then fired her, and also took away her insurance. Now she is unable to go to her chemo treatments or any appointments, and they are unwilling to help in any way. Very sick and heartless individuals.

So the aspen trace in greenwood bargersville area doesn t care about your loved ones the DON Barb is very rude and disrespectful she also has it to where her employees are scared of her or even to have a voice of there own I never worked there but I had been on the phone and heard it multiple times how she treats others I m sorry you get treated how you treat others period

. The recruiter would never return y phone calls. Stated she would but would just ignore me. We communicated via email but rarely addressed the question at hand. After talking to the manager I decided to sign on as an employee. Two weeks go by and I do not hear from anyone. I again contact the recruiter again about benefits. She gives me an answer I was not sure I believed. I contacted the manager who gave me a different answer. Week three I contacted the manager again about my starting date. She stated that she would check with her manager to see where we were in the process. Three hours later she gets back with me and tells me that the census is low, there are changes in billing and this probably would not be a good fit for me. I then later talk to two nurses and a therapist who used to work there who told me that they only worked for them between three and eight months. I would never recommend a company that does this. I had already told my other jobs that I was leaving. I then had to ask for my other job back because of them. If they treat someone this way who they re trying to recruit, imagine how they treat their actual employees.

I love working for CarDon! Weekly pay and great benefits is definitely a plus!

My mother was at Hamilton Trace and received great rehab. I am, however, very disappointed with the executive side. She has a refund of $5,542 due since November and I can not get anyone to return my phone calls. Very unprofessional!!!!!

CarDon is a great company that is focused on providing the best for the residents.

Having had first-hand experience of numerous nursing homes in Southern Indiana, I can confidently say that this must be the worst nursing home chain in the region. Patients routinely wait a full hour to get assistance, the food is not fit for my dog, and most importantly, management is cold, ruthless, and interested only in the bottom line. I strongly suggest that consumers and Healthcare professionals steer clear of this company

I only gave you a one star due to the fact I have called repeatedly and your assistant tells me someone will contact me and they never do. I have sent 2 emails and nothing. I want my father out of the facility in Anderson been told numerous times to find a place for him and since they ve kept me from him by taking away forms of communication I rarely know anything
