I need to know where can I report this company, they literally stole money from my credit card. I am based in Asia and have no means of contacting US authorities regarding this thief! If you want to purchase something and see cardinal commerce as a payment gateway, DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS! They will charge you for something you did not buy! I have already locked my old credit card because of this thief. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM THE US REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE AUTHORITIES, I BET THEY AREN'T EVEN PAYING THE RIGHT TAXES!

I MADE A BOOKING FROM CEBU PACIFIC AND CARDINAL COMMERCE HAS SCAMMED ME OF MY MONEY!! THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND THE BOOKING WAS NOT CAPTURED IN THE WEBSITE! THE QUESTION IS, WHERE DID MY MONEY GO?? IT HAS BEEN WEEKS AND NOBODY FROM THEIR SIDE HAS GIVEN ME AN ANSWER. ~500$ FLUSHED DOWN WITHOUT ANY ANSWERS. I HAD ENOUGH ALREADY SO MAY THIS BE A WARNING TO THOSE WHO ARE THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
