Jim is a top guy, thought our tank was leaking he came out literally right away to have a look. Told me the tank was good and said someone tried to take oil out (someone trying to steal I presume) and made a little mess. I was so worried about it as kerosene is dangerous but he put my mind at ease, felt like a dope but Jim so nice about it...... Thank you for your help and advice.
