The ladies at the registries office were very helpful despite it being busy.

Two years ago I got my new vehicle registered at this registry. They incorrectly documented my vehicle as a lease instead of owned. I moved provinces and tried to get registration on my vehicle and could not. When I consulted the office they agreed to correct their mistake, but would not send the corrected copy of my registration expresspost. I explained that I am dealing with a complete ordeal because of this with ICBC and they still refused. I called another registry and told them about my very difficult situation and they sent 2 copies immediately. I did not have to fill out any of the forms that this registry was very sticky about, and they corrected the mistake then expresspost mailed the registration for me.

They do not treat you like a customer. They treat you like you need them. I will never spend one more cent at cantex. From now on its yellowhead registries in Edson. They know how to treat people.

All the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Very clean and follow the covid-19 measurements.

I wish I could give more stars here, but I just can't, I'm sure they want to give good customer service and I realize that its 2 separate businesses but its like the right hand doesn't even want to know what the left one is doing, its frustrating and discouraging to have to repeatedly go back and forth, hoping someone can help. I wonder if they get in trouble if they smile back at the public. Not a place I enjoy needing to go to. I'm sorry ladies.

Fast friendly service. A real pleasure compared to some Registries I've been to.

When renewing my license, my local one had to make an appointment so i came here and was pleasantly impressed they had three staff and no line up. They efficiently processed my application with a smile to boot.
