I recently used the services of this company to design and create a sign for my business. While the process of placing the order was smooth and the staff was friendly, I found the overall quality of the final product to be just average. The design didn't quite match the specifications I provided, and there were some minor flaws in the craftsmanship. Additionally, the delivery took longer than initially promised. I appreciate the reasonable pricing and the effort put into accommodating my requests, but I was hoping for a more polished result. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of quality control and attention to detail.
