I am a commercial vehichle mechanic, and in october of 2020 I was in an accident. I was ticketed. I was not at fault, but since I have a CDL and I was in a commercial vehicle, the blame was put on me. I spoke to several other attorneys, all of which wanted me to sue workmans comp, and not address the ticket, which was my only concern, as it would hurt my career. I spoke with John Westfeild, who was a complete pleasure. He addressed all of my concerns and got my ticket thrown out. Im very grateful.
