I have a 94 chevy dually that had a hideaway hitch installed there when no other shop would. Guys were fast and did a very clean job! Will be going back to them everytime from now on

I've done business with Southaven Camper City for years and always an enjoyable experience. I've had trailer hitch work done, decals printed and put on, window rain guards, window tint and steps for several cars and trucks. Plus a tool box in the truck bed. Very good people, quick service and fair prices. I recommend them. Give'm a try.

Website says open Saturday 8 to 12...called no answer...drove by thinking they were busy...CLOSED.....I will not waste my time ever again with this place!

I purchased a cover for the bed of my truck at the beginning of this year. It was put on in less than five minutes and the guys even showed me how to do it.
We ended up having a latch break so we stopped by to get one only to find out that it's covered under warranty so they replaced it. We asked about the hole (my own fault). Which I knew wasn't covered but asked about a way to fix it. They offered to fix it for me at no charge. Which was filling it with a black waterproof filler. I declined only because they had done so much already. This is a wonderful place to buy from for sure and they keep the warranty promise.

This is a decent place the purchase truck parts and camper toppers for your vehicle. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I ordered a topper for my truck they gave me a time frame and cost and came in well within that number.

Camper City USA fail to inform customers that some aftermarket accessories could void warranties on their vehicles.

Closed on Saturday. Seems like a missed opportunity.

In-store they have a lot of nice stuff but the staff don't know anything and treated me like a bother the whole time I had money I wanted to spend but they would help me. $$$$ out the door.

Got a bedliner put in my new truck and they were very nice and helpful. There install staff did a great job and by the time i had walked around the shop checking out the other products they were done!! A+++ job!! Definitely recommend them.

I've purchased about $2500 worth of product in this store and nobody in the store wanted to help with anything. On the other hand they have excellent product!

Called to get a quote for window tint, very rude on the phone. Will not do business there.

If I could provide negative stars, I would. We dropped off a trailer to have the roof sealed two months ago. Kept getting the runaround over the phone. Went to check on the progress in person and they had not started on it. We picked it up and took it elsewhere.

While there, the service advisors seemed to careless about the customers and more about having lunch and socializing with each other. It was as if the customers were more of a bother than business.

We spoke with other customers outside who had similar experiences. They had dropped trailers or RVs off for service and waited months without any work performed. One person had bought a brand new trailer in October that had a leak and they either couldn t repair it properly or just left it on the lot.

The service was fast and prices affordable and reasonable. The environment was very clean, neat and organized. Tim, is the Rep that explained everything in detail, and very thorough with information. I would highly recommend those that need to enhance their vehicles, to give Camper City a chance. I was in and out of the place in 30 minutes. Awesome Service.

Don't waste your time they don't stand behind there products

They are rude and customer service is awful. My mother got her tint did on her truck. The tiny had tiny bubbles in it. So she took it back they never fixed the tint. So she told them she just want her money back. After she told them that the guy that removed the tint purposely scratched her back window. He never even had to do the back windows she only had the front windows did. They refuse to admit they damaged her truck. He got loud and ruff with my mother. I will be posting pictures of the damage.

We took a new Dodge truck in for a bedliner and all seemed good till they put one in that didn't fit right. We pointed it out immediately so they tried a different one that still wasn't right. When the manager came out he just looked and said take it out and walked away. No "I'm sorry" or "we can try this " . Just rudely walked away. I guess he doesn't want our business. That's fine we won't be taking our money there again.

We drove 3 hours to go back and have them install our 2nd hitch on a different truck. When everybody kept saying it would take them 8 hrs these guys told us to come on and they got the job done! With a great price they are also fast and efficient!

Top notch service. I will definitely be a future customer. They did a great job on installing a brush guard and winch on my tundra. Tim is a super nice guy and would walk me back into the shop to see the progress on my truck

I had my trailer lights wired up, paid over $160, spent almost 2 1/2 hours waiting just to get pulled over 4 months later because my lights didn't work

I bought my truck on a Thursday and was speaking to my father about some accessories I wanted to put on, including a bedcover and running rails. He recommended Camper City, because he had a GREAT experience with them being professional, friendly and quick. Well I decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed. They treated me extremely well, were welcoming, friendly, quick and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and colleagues that are looking to put new accessories on their trucks or jeeps. One of the best sales experiences i have ever had.

Had my driver and passenger windows tinted. Looks good.

Tinted my windows on my brand new truck and left scratches on the outside. When asked about it they said that they didn't do it but, was not scratched before they were Tinted!!
