Located in the heart of the Piney Woods of East Texas, Camp Huawni is situated on over 600 acres of beautiful forested land. The camp offers a wide range of activities designed to challenge and inspire children, including swimming, canoeing, archery, horseback riding, arts and crafts, sports, hiking and more.
At Camp Huawni, children are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and try new things. Whether it's learning how to ride a horse or conquering the high ropes course, every child at Camp Huawni is given the opportunity to grow in confidence and self-esteem.

These groups participate in activities together throughout the day as well as during evening programs such as talent shows or skits.

Campers stay in rustic cabins with bunk beds which adds an extra layer of adventure while still being comfortable enough for kids who may be away from home for the first time ever! Each cabin has two counselors who live with them full-time during their stay at camp - this ensures safety while also providing an opportunity for kids to bond with adults outside their family circle.
The food served at Camp Huawni is another highlight - all meals are made fresh daily by professional chefs using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible! There's always plenty of options available too so even picky eaters will find something they love!
