My son went for the first time this year for half summer and didn t want to come home. Our family has been going for almost 50 years and we don t have one bad thing to say! Great memories! Even the food is great! Thompson family are the best in the business. It s a life changing experience!
As a former camper and later counselor for several years, Deerwood still holds a special place in my heart. If I had kids (which I don't) I'd send every single one of them there to enjoy the amazing experiences I was lucky enough to have 30+ years ago.

First few years there were great but then some kid tried to stab me for some reason. Good ol deerwood.
I was a counsellor there in 2002. A wonderful place, where wonderful memories are made! If my children lived in the States I would send them there in a heart beat. Thank you to all involved
I go to this. Camp and I can say it is amazing place to send boys. This camp has a rifle range, a fordge, wood workshop, pottery, canoeing, swimming, water skiing, mountain biking and more. And to top it off, it is on one of the most beautiful lakes in America, Squam lake
