I don't know how anyone can say a negative thing about this hotel. Right downtown. Parking plentiful and underground. We rented a King suite for the weekend. Just lovely, clean and so roomy. Room on sale booked in advance. Now my favourite place to stay in the city. My wife and I loved the place.

Overall hotel is very nice, the suite is like a one bedroom apartment, very cosy and the view from the 20th floor is amazing. There is construction right next door that begins at 7am, the temperature in the shower fluctuates wildly. Staff is friendly

This hotel is just off Yonge St.,& about a 5 minut...

This hotel is just off Yonge St.,& about a 5 minute walk to the Eaton Center. The rooms have a bedroom & living room. Breakfast ($) in restaurant.
Which is also open for lunch & dinner. Breakfast ends @9:30 sharp ,though. We've stayed here many times.

Nice rooms, Nice Hotel! However Front reception is a nightmare. Condescending, rude, arrogant for no reason. Ended up having charges on my bill that shouldnt have been there.Basically they werent happy until i got loud lol Good luck w your stay!

The room was beautiful and the front desk staff were very nice. The hotel is very clean. I stayed two nights and had a good sleep and stay. I just gave 4 stars instead of 5 because when I needed a room on a separate occasion, for an emergency situation, they wouldn t let me book for the same day....

This hotel is in a great central location close to transit, shopping, and restaurants. Super friendly staff at check-in. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The hotel has a strict no partying rule which ensured a quiet stay for us. Would definitely stay again!
