Schlinmer does not work! 3 weeks without internet, telephone, TV. Cablex has NO INFO SYSTEM. Somewhere a status message or an SMS info or a letter that you are offline for days and weeks. Swisscom can not help either or does not want to. If the community has to turn off the water for me is oriented....

They rang the wrong place (they already had fiber optics) and just left. After 20min I noticed it and called immediately. Although they told me that normally 2 hours are included, they had suddenly no more time but another appointment.
