Staying at Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge had some highlights, but the maintenance issues were significant. While the location is great, the cabin felt a bit neglected. The kitchen cabinets had milk splatters on them, and the bathroom was showing its age with rust stains, peeling paint on the shower doors, and loose hinges. Upstairs, the carpet was quite stained, one couch pillow was shredded, and the bed frame needed new screws to stay secure. Appliances were also a hassle. The AC struggled until my husband cleaned the intake and swapped the filter. The dryer was inefficient, taking three full cycles to dry towels, suggesting a heating element issue. Even the pool table was in rough shape, with a pocket lying on the floor that we had to secure with screws. After dealing with all these repairs and dusting off spider webs, we managed to have a decent trip, but I’d expect a bit more care from a rental in this area.

My partner and I decided to book a place in Pigeon Forge through Cabins USA based purely on the description, since there were no photos at the time. We were absolutely blown away when we arrived—the unit was brand new and even better than we imagined. It’s one of the newer rentals in their portfolio, and we’ll definitely be coming back. The layout is fantastic. The main floor features a cozy living area with an electric fireplace and TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Downstairs, you’ll find the master suite with a super comfortable king bed, a futon, and in-unit laundry. The master bathroom is spacious, and there’s a hot tub right outside on that level—perfect for relaxing. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. One has a king or queen bed and its own bath, while the other features bunk beds (a full on the bottom and a twin on top), making it great for kids or friends. A small balcony off this level offered a nice spot for morning coffee. The roof level is a real highlight, featuring an open-air deck with outdoor furniture, a TV, another fireplace, cornhole, darts, a hammock, and a dining table. The cabin was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed. My only minor critique is that the complex could benefit from a small map at the entrance to help guests navigate, as it was a bit tricky to find our specific unit in the dark. But that’s a tiny issue and won’t stop us from booking again!

We’ve returned to this spot in Pigeon Forge for a reason—it’s truly a perfect fit for our family. Having stayed in this unit twice, we can confidently say it never disappoints. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were a dream, and the mountain views remained just as breathtaking as our first visit. While the location is convenient for exploring the area, the cabin sits high enough to provide a quiet, private retreat away from the road noise. The driveway is a bit of a climb, but you get used to it after the first trip up. We’re already counting down the days until our next booking with Cabins USA

We had a wonderful stay at our Pigeon Forge rental through Cabins USA. The cabin offered excellent value for the amount of space, comfortably fitting our entire family with plenty of parking available. It felt like home with ample storage, a fully equipped kitchen featuring double ovens and generous fridge space, and entertainment options for everyone. While the air hockey table was out of order, there were plenty of other activities to keep us busy. The only minor drawback was the bathroom cleanliness; we noticed some mold in the showers and the jacuzzi, so we chose not to use the tub. We also saw plenty of spiders outside, which is typical for a mountain setting. Do keep in mind that the driveway is quite steep, which can be tricky if it’s raining. Despite these small issues, the location and amenities made for a memorable trip. I’d give it a solid 9 out of 10.

We had an incredible stay at our Pigeon Forge cabin with Cabins USA. It was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for a family vacation—the kids loved it! Just be aware that the driveway is quite steep; my SUV managed it fine, but take it slow. The highlight of the trip was the wildlife, though it comes with a warning: a family of bears lives right under the mini-golf course. Since they are not shy, we had to be careful not to use the fire pit or mini-golf area. We barely made it back into the cabin before one of the bears got to my car—it even tore up the hot tub cover and scratched the vehicle. Despite the bear encounter, if you stay alert and respect their space, this cabin is amazing. We will definitely book with them again for our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at our Pigeon Forge cabin with Cabins USA, especially since it was so close to town. I do have two small suggestions for improvement: installing handrails on both sides of the steps would make them feel more secure, and a more visible cabin number would help when it gets dark. Otherwise, our time there was great.

Had a wonderful family weekend at Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was the perfect mix of spacious and cozy. We skipped the hot tub (a bear paid a surprise visit!), but everything else was a hit. We cooked up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, baked cookies, and had movie nights in the theater. The kids loved the Roku and Wi-Fi, while we just enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. A great spot for a stress-free getaway.

Had a wonderful time at our cabin in Pigeon Forge, though some updates are clearly needed—specifically for the pool table and the upstairs couch. Despite these minor wear-and-tear issues, the place was stunning and we’d love to return. Big thanks to the Cabins USA team for making our stay so pleasant.

Had a wonderful stay at this Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge. We were relocated to this unit from another cabin due to some initial issues, and it turned out to be a lucky break. This place is newer and absolutely stunning. The only hiccup was finding some wasps inside; we couldn’t track down the entry point, which was a bit nerve-wracking for my wife since she’s allergic to stinging insects. Still, a great experience overall.

While the location in Pigeon Forge is a definite plus and the cabin has a nice spacious feel, it’s clear that Cabins USA needs to invest in some serious renovations to match the price. The mountain views are great, but the condition of the interior shows its age. We found that the furniture is worn, the pool table is torn, and several electronics like the PlayStation and living room TV had issues (the TV kept shorting out due to exposed wiring). The bathrooms also need new showers, and a deep clean was definitely overdue beyond just sweeping the floors. Additionally, be cautious of the firewood holder on the side—it looks like a hazard waiting to happen, and overgrown bushes are blocking those nice views. If they updated these details, it would be a much better experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Cabins USA. We encountered an issue with our initial rental, but the staff handled it perfectly and arranged for us to move to a new place. The replacement cabin was actually even better than the first one! A huge thank you to the team for their excellent service. We will definitely be booking with Dew Drop Inn at Creekwalk again.

Mountain Melody was a fantastic choice for our trip. The place was spotless and situated in a prime spot, making it easy to explore the area. Cabins USA continues to be a reliable partner for our vacations; they’ve hosted us many times over the years, and their service remains top-notch. The team is always quick to respond to any questions, and the check-in and check-out process is seamless. If you’re looking for a stress-free holiday in Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend both this cabin and the company.

My cousins and I had a fantastic girls’ trip in Pigeon Forge, and this Cabins USA rental was the perfect fit for our group. The house was spotless and incredibly cozy, which made our stay truly enjoyable. We appreciated the abundance of towels provided, though we did notice a few lamps weren’t working and the pull-out sofas could use a refresh. The location was great, though note that the community pool is a bit of a walk uphill from the cabin, and there’s no dedicated parking there, so we had to park at a nearby vacant property. One highlight was definitely the hot tub—our only real complaint was that we had to share it with a few curious raccoons! Despite the minor quirks, we loved the place so much that we’d gladly stay here again.

Had a great time in Pigeon Forge and would definitely stay at Cabins USA again. The GPS directions were helpful, though they don’t lead directly to the door. There were a few minor hiccups: the upper deck had some debris and garbage piled up, and the deck cushions had grease stains (I was told to just cover them with a towel). The gas grill was dirty and seemed burnt out. Also, there aren’t any closets for hanging clothes. During the day, there was some construction nearby and traffic from the zipline pickup on the service road, but it wasn’t too loud.

Had a wonderful family vacation at one of the Cabins USA properties in Pigeon Forge! The place was fantastic and we loved our time there. Just a heads-up for future guests: the welcome kit includes basics like toilet paper and paper towels, but don’t assume it covers everything like trash bags or spray cleaner. We ended up with only one kitchen bag and no cleaning spray until we could run to the store, so it’s smart to pack those extras yourself. We also spent a bit of time figuring out the cable TV setup. Despite these minor hiccups, we’d definitely stay here again!

Five stars for Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge! They did us a huge favor by upgrading us to a new cabin at no extra cost when our original booking had some hiccups. The spot is well-positioned for the area, though parking was a bit tricky. Inside, the space was perfect for our group of six. We loved the king-sized beds, the relaxing hot tub, and the entertainment options like the pool table and Pac-Man machine. Everything felt spacious and clean, making for a great family stay.

We had a solid time on our couples’ getaway to Pigeon Forge with Cabins USA, though the cabin’s cleanliness left much to be desired. The location and mountain views were truly stunning, but that didn’t make up for the state of the interior. We skipped the theater room because the covering was visibly stained and looked like it hadn’t been washed in years, especially with the extra blankets on top. There were also quite a few dead bugs inside; while I know we were in a wooded area, basic vacuuming should have handled that. The bedding was definitely not clean, so we were happy we brought our own sheets and covers. The carpets throughout the rooms also needed a good cleaning. Despite these issues, the cabin itself was cool and well-located. I’ve seen other units that were far better maintained both inside and out, so I probably wouldn’t return for another stay.

While the cabin was mostly wonderful, I did notice a couple of minor finishing touches that could be improved. Specifically, the upstairs bathroom would benefit from a soap dish, and having a coat hanger by the door would be a nice addition. That said, the space itself is cozy and situated in a fantastic spot for exploring Pigeon Forge. The service from Cabins USA was excellent, too. I had a bit of a scare when I arrived after hours and got locked out because I’d forgotten the code; William, the on-call maintenance person, resolved the issue quickly and professionally after a single call. I’d highly recommend both Sunshine Vista and the team at Cabins USA.

Staying at Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge was a solid experience overall. For a three-bedroom unit, the price point is quite reasonable, and the layout works well. You get a good balance of nice views and useful amenities, and the cabin itself feels sturdy and well-built. However, it’s clear that upkeep could use some attention. While housekeeping does a decent job keeping things clean, there are noticeable gaps in maintenance. On the screened-in decks on both the first and second floors, you’ll find piles of leaves, cobwebs, and even dead ping pong balls in the corners. More importantly, large sections of the screening are torn out—especially a big area downstairs and two smaller spots upstairs—which lets bugs and debris inside, taking away the benefit of having screened porches. The kitchen is another area where things feel a bit tired. There aren’t many utensils, and most of the pots and pans have significant burn marks. It’s not unusable, and you can definitely throw together a meal, but it’s nowhere near the condition of other rentals I’ve stayed in. Check-in was a bit of a hassle because my pre-registration didn’t go through, so we had to drive to the office. The office is centrally located on the main strip, which is convenient in some ways, but during busy times like Rod Run, the traffic and parking can be a nightmare. Having a more remote check-in option would be a nice touch. All things considered, given the location and the age of the property, the value is there. It’s a nice cabin, and I’m just pointing out these small flaws because that’s what reviews are for.

Cabins USA provided a lovely rental that was a great fit for our group of eight friends. While the mountain views were a bit different than we anticipated, the home itself was lovely. However, we did have to handle our own cleaning upon arrival, which felt like a double charge since we were already paying a cleaning fee for a space that wasn’t pristine before we arrived. If you are traveling with a large group, this property is definitely perfect for you.

Had a lovely time at this Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge, but there were a few minor hiccups. We couldn’t find a broom and dustpan to tidy up behind the furniture, and we noticed quite a few dead worms on the premises. It would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area too. Despite these small issues, it was still a great spot for our vacation.

The cabin was spotless and situated in a great spot. I was so comfortable there that I actually purchased a memory foam topper for the queen bed and left it in the closet for future guests. Aside from that little tweak, we make it a habit to stay here every time we visit Pigeon Forge. The neighbors are wonderful, too.

Great experience with Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge. The cabin strikes a nice balance, offering convenience while still feeling private and secluded. My only suggestion for improvement would be to swap the pool table for something more space-efficient like foosball. I’ve always had a solid stay with this rental company and would recommend them.

We had a lovely stay at our cabin in Pigeon Forge through Cabins USA. The place was spotless and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us. While we didn’t bring our dog, it’s great to know they are pet-friendly, especially since we spotted bears daily on the steep driveway, which was easy enough to navigate regardless. A few minor drawbacks: the outdoor grill was rusty and couldn’t be used, and the beds were a bit too soft for our liking. On the bright side, there were plenty of towels and linens. When we called the office about two dead kitchen outlets and missing essentials like oven mitts and glasses, they sent a repairman with the items right away. The entire staff was professional and went above and beyond to help us out.

Booking and checking in was a breeze. The place felt even bigger than the photos showed and was spotless. I was thrilled to find the hot tub ready and warm, and the jacuzzi tub was a real highlight. It’s perfectly located, just a short drive from The Island and the Parkway. I didn’t want to leave! If you’re in Pigeon Forge looking for a cozy spot at Cabins USA, I can’t recommend it enough.

We’ve rented through Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge twice now, but the second stay highlighted some specific issues. The mattresses on both beds were surprisingly firm, which wasn't ideal. The hot tub was also a letdown; only one side was blasting properly, and when the entire unit was on, the pressure wasn't great. To top it off, we heard a loud bang four times on our final night, sounding like someone was messing with the property. Given these factors, it’s unlikely we’ll book this particular cabin again.

We had a wonderful time at this Pigeon Forge cabin. It was exactly the kind of getaway we needed. The only thing to watch out for is the driveway; it’s quite steep, so if you’re driving a minivan like us, watch the undercarriage carefully when entering and leaving. Despite that minor hiccup, we loved the place and would definitely return to Tennessee!

Perfect getaway spot in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was spacious enough for a couple and had a lovely atmosphere. We did run into a minor issue with the entry code, but Cabins USA’s support team sorted it out quickly after one call. Would definitely suggest this place for a relaxing trip.

While we were a bit put off by the need to wash greasy pans and replace the sheets on one bed, our overall experience at this Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge was fantastic. The cabin itself was stunning, with reliable WiFi and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. We spent plenty of time just unwinding on the deck. The trip reached a memorable peak when a bear wandered by, keeping us safely trapped inside for a short while—a thrilling bonus to our stay. We’re already planning to return, ideally to the same spot, and have eagerly recommended the place to two other families.

Great spot in Pigeon Forge, and the entertainment options were a hit. We loved the home theater for movie nights and spent plenty of time playing pool, darts, and arcade games. The only downside is that the place really needs some TLC; the mattresses, carpets, and seating felt worn, though we did report these issues to the office. Having visited twice, I’m eager to return next year once they’ve addressed the maintenance needs. Would recommend with the caveat that some updates are due.

I had a wonderful stay at this Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge. It’s an ideal spot for spring through fall visits, featuring a clean, minimalist design that I really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and the private balcony with a hot tub overlooking the valley was a highlight. I also loved the thoughtful lighting setup with labeled switches. However, it might not be the best choice for winter trips since it isn’t located on a hill. There were some maintenance quirks: the indoor jet tub was a bit dirty, the shower plumbing feels loose with low water pressure, and the water has a distinct copper and iron taste. Despite these issues, I would happily return and recommend this cabin to friends.

Checked into our cabin in Pigeon Forge with Cabins USA a bit late, and the experience started with a bit of a headache. The door code didn’t work initially, and it took over 30 minutes of back-and-forth with support to sort it out. The staff kept insisting it was "user error" or that the door had swollen, even though the lock wasn’t engaging at all. After clarifying that we knew how to use a keypad, we finally got a replacement code, though we were put on hold a few times while they tracked down the right person. Once inside, we found a few other issues. The advertised jacuzzi tub was completely non-functional, which was disappointing given how prominently it was featured in the photos and brochures. The flooring in the kitchen was also problematic; several pieces were loose and shifting, creating gaps that could easily cause a trip. Despite these maintenance and support hiccups, the location and the cabin itself were pleasant. I just wish the website provided more details about local amenities to help with planning.

Cabins USA provided a solid base for our mountain getaway. The spot was super convenient for exploring both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and we loved being just a short drive from the hiking trails. The space was comfortable, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. However, there were a few hiccups. I’d love to see a proper closet for hanging clothes, and the shower felt a bit cramped. Also, the outdoor picnic table seen in the photos was missing. Tech-wise, the TV was finicky and lacked instructions on how to use it, though it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Personally, I wouldn’t call this place "romantic"—it felt more like an efficient apartment than a cozy cabin. That said, if you want a budget-friendly alternative to a hotel and don’t mind some minor quirks, it’s a perfectly fine stay.

Staying at a Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, putting you just minutes away from Wears Valley and Gatlinburg. While the Wi-Fi wasn’t fast enough for serious gaming on the Xbox, streaming worked perfectly fine. The place was incredibly quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the community has a playground and pool. It was fully equipped with home comforts, including a washer and dryer, making our stay very convenient. We would definitely book here again for the prime location and peaceful atmosphere.

Stayed at a Cabins USA rental in Pigeon Forge and was largely impressed by the tidy interior and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The place was well-equipped for our needs. Only minor downside was the hot tub and charcoal grill, which could have used a bit more attention regarding cleanliness.

Our stay at the Cuddle Creek cabin in Pigeon Forge was largely positive. It offered a wonderful sense of seclusion, tucked away quietly among the trees, yet remained conveniently close to town. The property was well-represented in the listing photos and provided all the essentials for a comfortable getaway. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. While the space was generally tidy, a more thorough deep clean is needed—specifically, we noticed significant dust and hair accumulation in hard-to-reach spots like the top of the alarm system box. Despite this oversight, the peaceful location and well-equipped amenities made for a good experience. We would consider booking with Cabins USA again.

We arrived at our Cabins USA rental in Pigeon Forge late Friday and immediately checked the hot tub. The back porch screen was a bit damaged, but that was minor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made sleeping great. Saturday morning brought a wild surprise—a bear in the backyard! It was neat to see, though the kids were disappointed the air hockey table didn’t work. They did enjoy the two-player game upstairs, though. The bear brought family, so we spent less time on the porch because the bears wouldn’t leave the yard, but watching them was fun. The location was super convenient for getting into downtown Gatlinburg. We’d love to stay here again.

We stayed at a Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge and found it to be a solid choice for our trip. The location was convenient, sitting just about fifteen minutes from all the main attractions, which made exploring easy. The setting itself was lovely, with a small creek running behind the unit, though the proximity to neighboring cabins did take away a bit of the seclusion we hoped for. Getting in and out was straightforward and hassle-free. However, the cabin did have a few quirks worth noting. The flooring is quite thin, so footsteps are very audible and might disturb sleepers. We also noticed some maintenance issues: a few of the hot tub jets weren’t working, and there was a dead outlet in the kitchen. Despite paying the $85 cleaning fee, the living room furniture looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while—there was quite a bit of dust and grime underneath the sofas and chairs. All in all, it was a decent stay, and I would still recommend Cabins USA based on this experience.

I’d book Cabins USA’s “Serenity” cabin in Pigeon Forge again in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful stay at our Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was spotless and looked exactly as advertised. When a breaker tripped and we needed some trash taken out, the maintenance team responded immediately to sort things out. The customer service representatives were also incredibly helpful and courteous on the phone. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout and the fact that the pool was much larger and deeper than the photos suggested. We had a fantastic stay at our cabin through Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge. It was incredibly well-stocked, though I did forget a half-gallon pitcher and lid, so I’ll keep an eye out to claim it on my next trip. The best part of the visit was running into a medium-sized black bear on the front porch! We were both surprised, but he hung around for quite a while while we took photos before heading back into the woods. It really felt like a genuine mountain adventure. We had a wonderful stay at this Pigeon Forge cabin for my sister’s 84-year-old mother’s birthday. She really enjoyed it and wished the trip had been longer. We even spotted a bear wandering right in front of the house, which was a nice little surprise. The only quibble we had was that everything seemed to squeak—floorboards, the outdoor glider, the sofa, and even the bed when you got in. We laughed about it and called it “A Beary Squeaky Place.” The location is fantastic, sitting just 8 to 10 minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was a great spot for our getaway.

While our experience at Cabins USA was largely positive, there were a few maintenance issues that could be improved. The front door handle was quite loose and difficult to turn, and the kitchen was missing some essential utensils. We also noticed that several drains and toilets were slow, suggesting the septic system might need attention, and some of the furniture on the outdoor deck showed signs of wear. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bar Mountain II. The home was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, offering plenty of activities for the kids. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge.

We had a wonderful stay at our cabin in Pigeon Forge through Cabins USA. It was the ideal setup for our family of six, offering plenty of space with individual beds and a shared room for the kids. The three-story layout was great, though I should warn that the driveway is quite steep—our minivan struggled a bit on the incline! The outdoor features, like the fireplace and mini-golf course, looked fun, but we mostly watched them from a distance. We had a unique experience with some local wildlife; a mama bear and her two cubs made our property their home base, frequently strolling through the yard, climbing trees, and hanging out near the deck. It was a bit unexpected, but seeing them lounging on the golf course definitely made our vacation memorable.

Had a great time at this Pigeon Forge rental with Cabins USA. The only minor hiccups were the TV requiring a PIN to access and the hot tub being a bit high to climb in and out of. Despite those small details, the stay was wonderful and I’m very happy with the experience.

We had a mostly great stay at Cabins USA, though a few maintenance issues kept us from giving a perfect score. The team was responsive—they replaced the living room TV and fixed the kitchen lighting and the remote for the upstairs game loft. However, they never got around to fixing the main light in the master bathroom, which was out for the entire duration of our trip. Because of that, we had to keep the shower curtain mostly open to get any light while washing up. Another hiccup was that a Cabins USA van arrived on Friday night and waited outside for about 35 minutes, but no one came to the door. Also, be aware that the photos don’t quite match reality; the view is obscured by overgrown trees and shrubs, so you can’t actually see the sunset like they promise. Despite these flaws, it was still a decent vacation rental in Pigeon Forge.

We loved the beautiful setting of our Pigeon Forge cabin, but there were some maintenance issues to address. The kitchen could use a better selection of pots, pans, and utensils, and the toaster was broken. Also, keep in mind that the outdoor area is quite humid, which led to water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, and the grill is charcoal-only. Finally, it would be helpful to have flashlights available for power outages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a Pigeon Forge cabin booked through Cabins USA. The location is fantastic, though there are a few minor maintenance issues to note. Be aware that the external trash enclosure could be stronger; we heard a bear investigating the cans on our first night. Inside, the hot tub door has a broken lower panel, the main bed sags in the center, and the downstairs couch shows wear. A deeper clean would also help, as we noticed some fingerprints with dates written on the upstairs windows. Additionally, the living room TV is noticeably smaller than it appears in the photos. Despite these small quirks, we had a great time and would definitely book with Cabins USA again.

My husband and I had a wonderful first mountain experience with Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge. The rental was spacious and cozy, making for a truly relaxing getaway. We would definitely book with them again, though adding more exterior lighting would be a nice improvement since the wooded surroundings can get quite dark at night.

Our stay at the Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge was a fantastic experience. The home was stunning, roomy, and spotless, providing a genuinely comfortable retreat. To make our visit even better, it would be helpful if the owners added some large serving bowls or platters, an ironing board, and specific grill tools with a cleaning brush. We would gladly book here again and highly recommend it to others.

We’ve been loyal guests of Cabins USA for eleven years, and this trip marked our twelfth wedding anniversary. The cabin in Pigeon Forge hit the sweet spot—offering that private, secluded feel while still being conveniently close to all the local attractions. It was truly the perfect setting for our celebration. We’re already dreaming up our next trip to the Smokies and look forward to returning to this wonderful company.

We had a lovely time at our cabin in Pigeon Forge through Cabins USA. The location was fantastic, right near Gatlinburg and the main attractions. While the place was tidy, it definitely shows its age—the back door lock is finicky, the TV in the main room is tiny, and the running toilet kept us up all night. Plus, the mattress is super thin and wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. Despite these issues and the need for some updates, it was still a pleasant stay.

Jewell’s Place truly felt like a hidden gem in Pigeon Forge. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful, making it feel like a slice of heaven. The cabin itself was spotless and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere—easily beating out the resorts, hotels, and B&Bs we’ve experienced in the past. We were so impressed with the stay that we actually booked our next trip while we were still there. It’s officially going to be our annual vacation spot. Big thanks to Cabins USA for a wonderful experience.

Staying at a Cabins USA property in Pigeon Forge was mostly positive, though there were a few hiccups. The drive up to the cabin involves a very steep hill, so be prepared for that. Inside, we found it a bit tricky to cook because there were no oven mitts in the kitchen, and we could only locate a single dish rag, which made cleaning up a bit of a struggle. The dryer was also underwhelming, requiring three full cycles to properly dry a load of laundry. While the kids were excited about the Jacuzzi in the master suite, the tub looked quite dirty, which was a letdown. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

Booking through Cabins USA was a seamless experience from start to finish. The Pigeon Forge cabin itself was stunning, featuring high-end furnishings and thoughtful decor that made it feel truly luxurious. We’ve already marked our calendars to return to the same spot next year and plan to make it a recurring tradition.

We had a wonderful week at our Cabins USA rental in Pigeon Forge. The mountain views from the front porch were stunning, making our morning coffee ritual even more special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the hot tub after long days exploring the area. The location is perfect—close enough to all the town’s attractions for easy access, yet private. There are a few minor details to note: there aren’t many disposable cups provided, so we brought our own, which was no big deal. The path to the pool is a bit of a hike, though driving is an option if you prefer. We also noticed the downstairs toilet was a bit finicky, and a deep clean would be helpful—the kitchen vent was dusty, and there were some cobwebs in the corners and dust bunnies around. A simple vacuum and wipe-down would fix this easily. These are small issues, though, and they certainly won’t stop us from booking with Cabins USA again for our next family getaway.

We found the perfect spot for a quick couples' retreat. This property is convenient to the Parkway yet feels private, and the price point was very competitive compared to standard hotels. Cabins USA has been our go-to for over a decade, and the consistency never fails. I trust them completely with our Pigeon Forge trips and wouldn't hesitate to book through them again.

Our third visit to this spot in Pigeon Forge was just as great as the last two! It’s quickly becoming our go-to place to stay. The cabin has everything you need to settle in for a week, so you only really need to pack your clothes and groceries. That said, the ice maker was out of order, and they were out of chalk for the pool table. The hot tub also seemed a bit off, with a few jets not working properly. Still, we had a fantastic time hanging out by the fire pit and relaxing. We’re already hoping to book this same cabin at Cabins USA for next year!

We booked a huge cabin in Pigeon Forge for our yearly family reunion, hosting 24 people, and the space was perfect. The kids were thrilled with the game room, pool, and zip line, making it a fantastic spot for large groups. Highly recommend Cabins USA for a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful time at our rental in Pigeon Forge through Cabins USA. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was spacious and well-suited for our family, especially since having a bathroom on every floor was a huge convenience. Its location is perfect—just minutes away from all the main attractions in town. There were a couple of minor maintenance hiccups, but the team was quick to respond and fixed everything except for the basement dryer, which is still struggling to dry clothes effectively. As for cleanliness, the place definitely needs a thorough deep clean; we noticed some dusting was needed and the showers could use a good scrub. We also spotted two live cockroaches, though they were upside down, so that was a small comfort. The staff mentioned that they treat each unit for pests on a monthly basis, which is reassuring. Overall, despite these minor issues with cleanliness and one appliance, it was a great stay and we would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at Bears Hideaway during our trip to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was generally clean and comfortable, making it a cozy retreat. However, there is room for improvement: the mattresses in the bunk room could use an upgrade, and adding more chairs to the porch would enhance the relaxing experience. On the bright side, the game room was a huge hit, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time at our Cabins USA rental in Pigeon Forge! The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax but close to all the action. The cabin felt brand new, and the game room amenities (arcade, air hockey, pool table) were fully functional and a huge hit. Customer service was also stellar; when the hot tub acted up, a technician fixed it incredibly fast. We did encounter one hiccup with the water heater. We called maintenance at 10 AM, were told someone would be there "shortly," and were assured we didn’t need to stay home. However, after returning from a day in the Tennessee heat, we found the water still cold. Calls went unanswered for hours, and the technician finally showed up around 8:45 PM. He did some checks, and it seemed fixed, but shortly after, the fuse tripped again. We had to leave early the next morning for our drive back to CT, so I’m not sure if the issue was permanently resolved. Despite this late-night water heater drama, the cabin itself and the amenities were excellent.

We booked Leconte Views through Cabins USA for a getaway with some friends, and overall it was a success. The location is stunning with breathtaking mountain views, and the cabin had plenty of space for our group along with all the necessary dishes and seating. Be aware that the access road is steep, so a 4WD or AWD is highly recommended. Our stay did have a few hiccups: the shower area wasn’t very clean, the downstairs mini-fridge was broken, we ran out of propane, and the hot tub wasn’t heating up initially. We contacted support, and a maintenance technician came out to fix the issues. He was very nice and helpful, though it took a few hours to resolve everything. On a positive note, the water heater is excellent if you love hot showers! Despite the minor setbacks with the appliances and cleanliness, the view was spectacular and we had a great time. I would definitely consider renting this cabin again through Cabins USA.

We had an amazing stay at Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge. The property truly deserves its name—we actually spotted a bear on the premises as we pulled into the driveway, which was quite the surprise! The cabin itself was cozy, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at our cabin in Pigeon Forge with Cabins USA. The views were stunning, and the support team was very helpful throughout our visit. There were just two minor hiccups: the indoor pool heater was out of order, and finding a level spot to park was a bit tricky. Also, be aware that the driveway has a steep incline, which might be tough for older cars or low-clearance vehicles. Despite these small issues, we still highly recommend it.
