Avoid these jokers at all cost. Rude, condescending. Tried to talk over me when I was trying to explain a point to them (Michelle) and didn't even listen to me and just hung up. Accusing me the tenant for something I didn't even do wrong and when questioned fail to provide details or evidence.
Our letting company looks after over 200 properties and we deal with many management companies. In our opinion C Beddall Management services are the best out there, until you have dealt with the rest of them you won't realise how good they are. So be careful if you change management companies

If the current Landlords and property owners would get in touch with me, I would discuss the option of approaching the Freeholder to appoint a different management company or to manage the site/ facilities between ourselves.
I have to say my experience of Beddall has been entirely positive. I've owned a flat for six years in Enfield and they have always been polite, efficient and helpful and the estate is kept in excellent order. Have to speak as I find!
