Five stars for BuyRailings in Brookfield! Great value with free shipping and quick delivery on my order. The only small suggestion for improvement is sturdier packaging; the cardboard box had a flap partially open, so using extra shipping tape would help prevent this.

Exactly what I needed, and the quality blew me away in person. Great find for architectural hardware from BuyRailings!

Excellent experience with BuyRailings in Brookfield! The entire process was smooth and exactly as expected.

Shopping at BuyRailings in Brookfield was a great experience. They offer a fantastic variety of architectural railings, footrails, and closet hardware, plus their customer service really stands out.

BuyRailings delivered exactly what I needed. The fittings are solid and high-quality, making the installation process smooth and hassle-free. Great value for architectural hardware.

Steve was fantastic to deal with. I ordered a tube for my 1955 Chris Craft Capri's steering gear post from BuyRailings in Brookfield. I haven't gotten around to cutting it to size yet, but it looks like it will fit perfectly and look great. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

BuyRailings delivered exactly what I ordered. The products are well-made and the shipping was incredibly quick. Great experience shopping with this Connecticut-based seller, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hardware or railings.

Buying from BuyRailings in Brookfield was a smooth experience. Even with the pandemic slowdown, my order shipped quickly and arrived on time. The eight-foot handrails were packed securely, so the long items arrived without a scratch. I really liked that buying the kit was more budget-friendly than picking up the parts separately. Great products and reliable service.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order from BuyRailings arrived. The team actually took the time to check in and make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Great service!

BuyRailings in Brookfield delivered exactly what I ordered. The handrail arrived quickly and matched the online description perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and the quality was great for the price. Highly recommend this store for architectural hardware.

Great experience buying from BuyRailings. The ordering process was smooth, communication was clear and helpful, and the items arrived fast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality hardware and railings.

I purchased this connector from BuyRailings to join two 6-foot heavy-duty polished chrome closet rods (1 5/16" OD) I already owned from Home Depot. It fit perfectly and created the single 12-foot span I needed. Using their connector was a smart move, especially since shipping just one 12-foot rod would have cost an extra $150!

I was impressed with how quickly my custom-cut railings arrived from BuyRailings. The quality is excellent, the lengths were spot on, and the price was very reasonable for the Brookfield shop.

The hardware from BuyRailings works well and was simple to put together. My only gripe is that the kit items arrived in separate boxes, with one of them arriving a bit late. It would be nice if all the parts came in a single package from your Brookfield warehouse to avoid these shipping hiccups.

I had a smooth experience ordering from BuyRailings in Brookfield, and the shipment arrived right on schedule. However, I was disappointed by the finish on the powder-coated pipe; it scratched quite easily while I was assembling the railings. I expected better durability from powder coating, so I probably won’t choose that finish again in the future.

I purchased 1-1/4" Sch 40 black anodized aluminum pipe from BuyRailings for a custom bistro base project. While the material looks great initially, the anodized surface scratches way too easily, which is surprising since anodizing is usually known for durability. It’s a shame because they don’t seem like they will hold up well over time. Knowing how susceptible they are to damage, I probably would have just bought standard pipe and had it powder coated instead.

I was looking to update the wooden railing in my house, but the standard brackets I found didn’t quite fit the modern aesthetic I was going for. The cable railing on the other side looked great, so I needed something that would complement it. These aluminum brackets from BuyRailings were the perfect solution. The color and design matched exactly what I had in mind, creating a sleek and cohesive look throughout the space. Highly recommend them if you want a contemporary touch.

Installing the handrails from BuyRailings was a breeze, though you definitely need a robust hammer drill to handle the concrete. Great product and straightforward setup.

I’m thrilled with my purchase from BuyRailings. The rail system matches my expectations perfectly, with excellent quality, finish, and precise sizing. I’m just waiting for the installation now. The only downside was the shipping cost.

I’m really happy with the quality of the handrails from BuyRailings. They look fantastic and exactly what we needed for our project. My only minor gripe is that the protective stickers on the bars were incredibly stubborn to remove, even after trying Goo Gone. Other than that small hassle, the product itself is excellent.

I’m happy with how the railings look once they are up, but the actual installation process was a real headache at BuyRailings. Connecting the pieces wasn't intuitive; you need several large clamps and a lot of physical effort to get two parts to mate properly. I ended up with bruised hands from cranking down the clamps to get enough tension. It took way longer than expected and felt overly labor-intensive. On top of that, there were no instructions included, and searching online for helpful videos didn't turn up much. It was just a frustrating experience overall.

I’m very happy with my purchase from BuyRailings in Brookfield. The order was delivered right on schedule, and the railings fit perfectly.

We are thrilled with our purchase from BuyRailings. The customer service was top-notch, and the handrails were incredibly easy to install. They feel substantial and sturdy, exactly what we needed. I had worried they might look too industrial for our space, but they actually blend in perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the quality and would definitely recommend buying from this company to anyone looking for reliable hardware.

I stumbled upon Buy Railings while searching online and quickly found exactly what I needed. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was kept in the loop with clear updates on confirmation and shipping. The items arrived professionally packed and in perfect condition. The quality matched my expectations perfectly. I will definitely turn to Buy Railings for any future railing projects.

BuyRailings delivered exactly what I ordered, and I was impressed by how quickly it arrived. Everything was packaged securely and arrived in pristine condition. Great experience shopping with this Brookfield-based retailer for architectural hardware.

The closet rod is incredibly solid and looks fantastic. We are already placing another order for the master closet. It’s refreshing to find high-quality items online that you can’t get at big box stores anymore. Great service, too—everything arrived on time and was packaged very securely.

Shopped on BuyRailings for architectural hardware and had mixed feelings. The selection of handrails, footrails, and rods is decent, but I got stuck during checkout. There was no option to add fasteners for the ball ends or the wall brackets to the cart. If these accessories are meant to be sold separately, the website should have made that clear at the time of purchase.

BuyRailings in Brookfield really knows how to get it right. The team was professional and took the time to help me, and I was especially impressed by how securely everything was packed. My architectural railings and hardware arrived fast and were in pristine condition—exactly as advertised.

Disappointed with the quality from BuyRailings in Brookfield. I ordered what I thought were brass fittings, but they turned out to be something else entirely. These aren't the solid brass pieces I was looking for, so they just sit unused in my closet.

BuyRailings delivered exactly what I needed for the steps at my rental property. The quality is top-notch, significantly better than the generic options you’d find at big box stores. Plus, they were a breeze to install. Highly recommended!

I had a positive experience looking into and buying from BuyRailings in Brookfield. I appreciated that a rep called to give me a heads-up about some shipping and procurement delays and asked for my confirmation before proceeding. It’s refreshing to be treated like a real customer rather than just another faceless Amazon buyer.

I’m thrilled with the closet rods from BuyRailings. They are incredibly sturdy and the price was very fair. The closet looks amazing now!

I’ve ordered from BuyRailings multiple times now and they never disappoint. It’s always a smooth experience working with such a professional team, especially since their shipping is so fast.

Shipped quickly to Brookfield and arrived in perfect condition. The railings from BuyRailings are top-notch quality and look even better in person. Great value for the price—would definitely order again!

I needed a foot rail for my home bar, but the uneven stone floor made me hesitant to install one. BuyRailings from Brookfield sent this item quickly, and it was incredibly simple to set up. The result looks fantastic—I'm actually thinking about covering the whole bar with it now!

The railings look exactly like the photos and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Delivery to Brookfield was incredibly quick. I’ve become a regular customer and always check BuyRailings.com first for architectural hardware.
