Several trips have been booked, including winter holidays in Finland, a trip to the North Cape and several tours in Norway. Flexible organization with an eye for personal wishes

Normally scanbritt is very good and detailed in the information they provide. This is also the reason that we have already done several trips with scanbritt. Now on the road this year in Norway, but this time is disappointing. We are now used to end up in the most beautiful places or to be in fantastic accommodation. This trip is disappointing and there is certainly room for improvement. That's why this post and 2 stars.

The trip to Norway was good, the country AMAZING. We had a bit of a mess with Buro Scanbrit. This has since been resolved.

Everything arranged to perfection and nothing went wrong. This trip became one big succession of highlights, if only five days in Tromso. Next time I want laaaaanger !!

Super good travel agency. We have been on holiday with them to Sweden, Norway and Iceland several times and each time it was extremely well organized, both in terms of information and travel accommodation. Either highly recommended.

Reis Ingunn in Norway was our first introduction to this beautiful country and a good one! Breathtaking and impressive. We drove from one postcard into another! Good tips from Buro Scanbrit in the accompanying guide, extremely satisfied with the whole process after we could not make our original journey through corona. Conclusion: both the organization and this road trip are highly recommended!

Folder is beautiful. The holidays also seem beautiful to me. For the rest no experience with them. Now with Corona I do not dare to book, despite I already asked for free last year in the coming winter.

We have just returned from a wonderful tour through Sweden! We have been to Vastervik Resort, Safsen Resort, Orsa Gronklitt and Idrefjall. Orsa Gronklitt was our favorite because of the location and the environment. The Orsa Predator Park is also really worth it. With our 4.5 year old daughter, we couldn't skip Astrid Lindgrens Varld either. Everything well taken care of by Buro Scanbrit!

Booked our holiday through Scanbrit in 2015 and 2019, both times super arranged and when we were in Sweden with a broken car, the boat trip was rebooked without any problems, friendly and helpful staff !!

Watch out with this provider!
At the holiday fair information asked about a trip. The employee looks at possibilities and possibly options for price indication. Without having signed or made a booking, they always send invoices. It is also threatened that I have to pay.

N.a.v. holiday in Finnish Lapland (Levi) filed a complaint about missed transfer for excursion so we had to pay extra taxi costs. Strangely enough, we have to be told several times via e-mail (no personal contact !!) that this is our responsibility and that it is a personal experience (this concerns the dine around concept). It really depends on us because all the other guests were there on time. (M.a.w .: you really are the first thing that happens to you, so it's really up to you!). All this supported by documents that I myself also sent to Scanbrit in copy.

Such feedback from a travel agency of this size really gives me cramps in the wrong places. As a 'customer', we are good enough to pay more than 5,000 for a holiday, but when it comes to handling a complaint adequately, it is primarily our responsibility (read error!) And personal experience. Well .......

Chapeau, owner and employees of the Scanbrit agency; you really understood fantastic in terms of customer experience. Perhaps you can take an example at TUI (not really my favorite either) but they do handle complaints in a more adequate way with more empathy for the customer.

A lesson for you: more personal understanding of what is going on in the customer (instead of answering complaints in writing) and hearing his story himself than merely waving copies and procedures and relying solely on stories from third parties (for example, travel agent on site). But ..... keep repeating that it is really our responsibility that we have missed our transfer. With that you definitely get the main prize!

The fantastic journey, which by the way did not come through you but was purely our own interpretation (could also have been through another travel agency), is not central to this story but a complaint about your approach.
