The manager Anthony was wonderful,a great customer service experience.

The night staff at this restaurant are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with and that includes the shift manager that allows her employees to act clowns at circus. The entire staff needs to be fired. The General Manager should be embarrassed of this staff. I m shocked that these are the kind of employees they have working outside of one of the nicest neighborhoods in St Johns. After the experience I had with this restaurant this review is just the start. I look forward to speaking with the General Manager directly.

Great experience anytime I go...this used to be the case, I just left and the service has gotten so bad I just sat in line for over 10 minutes, to leave empty handed. i noticed its new staff and they have gotten rude. The wait is extremely long. It was one person in front of me whole I was waiting.

It's always passable better then that McDonald's across the street where the employees are horrible and if your white good luck getting service that's is quality. It's so funny that a person who feels everyone is judging them cause of the skin color is the most worried about what color someone's skin is . What a joke . Well at least BK has decent folks that work there

Not the safest of areas and it definitely isn't the cleanest either.

The lady at the drive through was nasty abd rushing us even though there was no one else in line. She should not work the drive through, in the morning, or where she can come in contact with people. I ordered the ultimate breakfast... The only good thing was the pancakes.. The eggs where watery and the sausage tast like dish soap.. I just didnt eat the rest. They were supposed to open at 7 but 7:30 was the true time with attitudes and all. Believe me there are people who would love to have a job and money to live.

I had to wait 45 minutes where my food they have very poor customer service went to get my money back because it was taking too long and the cashier couldn't find my receipt

Lots of homeless people around the building begging for money and the inside looks like the outside..nasty and dirty.

They need too keep the food stocked up, and know the date of a product's life on the sale list.

The customer service was good and the inside lobby was clean from i was sitting overall geeat

Impossible Whopper has a weird after taste, but it does taste like a burger at first.

Nasty. Grilled chicken was dry after returning the first sandwich to getting a black and dry grilled chicken sandwich. Never again

Such unprofessional team of workers. Vulgar language from the staff. The men & women that work there wear their pants hanging past their behind showing underwear..REALLY something I want to see while waiting and waiting and WAITING for my food . That is NEVER CORRECT. Females have nails sooo long that they couldnt get a sanitary glove on if they wanted. I can imagine what grime is coming from under their nails. If you complain about ANYTHING including THEM getting your order wrong ....the whole BK crew is ready to jump you. Will NEVER EVER return. This is THE WORST location of all chains Ive been to. Ordered 2 orders of fries and was barely any in the box. I combined both boxes and got one full order but paid for 2. Asked for NO CHEESE on burgers ..they came WITH CHEESE. Sent them back and they came back with even MORE CHEESE. It was done ON PURPOSE bcuz I watched them whispering and laughing. The person making the food had long hair with no hair net or hair pulled back.. hair was hanging in the food as it was being made. I didnt say a word for fear of them putting hands on me as i watched with a previous customer. I just will go to McDonalds across the street. This BURGER KING you DEFINATELY DONT GET IT ""YOUR WAY""

My family decided to stop in for breakfast while traveling. The food was premade and it still took awhile to receive it. We decided to dine in considering we had been in the car 3 hours and there was a verbal altercation with a local and the manager! Needless to say we made our way to the exit. SMH

Cheap food, super yummy. honestly my favorite evening place. prices were reasonable.

I guess the employees here are too concerned with phone calls rather than taking people s orders.

I have lived Downtown for the past few years and the service has been terrible and the food quality average at best. For the past few weeks, everything from the customer service to the food quality and presentation has been GREAT. I'm not sure what has changed, but I hope it stays the same and this wasn't a fluke. Great Job!!!

Slowest Burger King I have ever been to.
Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for your food.
Not the cleanest you can tell it's really old.
Oh and dont forget to check your order cause they couldn't even get it correct if with 30 minutes to make it. I will absolutely never go here again. Hello McDonald's across the street

The wait, in the drive thru is awful. Afraid to go inside at 8:27 pm.

My visit at Burger King was terrible the fries were very dark like. The oil need to be changed my crispy chicken sandwich was dark like. This Burger King need to do better with changing the oil customer service terrible.

Waited for a while,to order in drive thru. They would take only one order at a time, serve it out, then start to take the next order. Asked for a drink, out of that flavor. Asked for a dessert, out of that pie. Gave up, went somewhere else. 2 cars in the drive thru, not one person in the store. 9 pm on a Saturday. Don't know how they are making money.

Friendly staff, but food tasted old, messed up 2 of our orders, restrooms had no locks on the stalls, soap dispenser half broke, hand dryer was falling apart and barely working. No ice in the fountain section, drinks coming out of the fountain were hot.

Extremely long wait times on 11/3/18 at 1:25pm I m the afternoon over 25 minuet wait for two hamburgers. Staff was also rude

Everything's great but the meat itself I feel like I'm eating something besides beef also is very rarely we see any employees out cleaning up the dining room area except for the tables but if you look at the bottom of the chairs where they mop around every night it is filthy Grime everywhere and no one ever sees it store after store after store after store no one sees it why is that everybody wants $15 an hour to work but they don't want to do no work to keep the place looking great

Takes forever for the drive thru. Will never go back. Second time this happened. Service horrible. Bumms everywhere.

It's 3-3-2018, 1:20pm. I drove up to the drive-through and waited 5 minutes asking repeatedly if someone could please assist me and got no service.

I placed my order in drive thru but it took them so long to get to me to just take my order then to wait to pay took too long and I had to go back to work. I know this location has staffing issues because I know someone who worked there for over a year, yet they didn't reward him with pay raise or promotion. Maybe if they took care of their dependable employees, those employees would stay!!!

I went drive through and my brother ordered but I didnt care for them at all. Worked fast food for Burger King and its nasty how they make their food.

Cashier helpful but must have been up too late last night. Table I sat at was not cleaned after last customer, and it did not look busy during my visit. Bathroom could use a cleaning. And dirty floor cones on seats and tables... Besides that food was quick & good as always at BK

,hate the location with traffic when i go there.if you dont have enough cash there is sometimes a homeless guy that offers to sell his half eaton fries for 50 cents so he can buy beer..true story this is downtown

The food was fresh with fast friendly service.
I went during the lunch rush and as fast as the lady took orders, the other part of the team was serving people. Completely different thsn the McDonald's across the street.

They make food to order so I ask for fresh fries and chicken and its great

Worst Burger King I ve been to in 20 years, horrible service and awfully cooked food. If you want food poisoning I recommend going, otherwise avoid it as much as possible.

I completed a mobile order and my meal was handed to me in a hasty fashion. Five stars from me.
