They really need a damn sign for the pickup area and to have it on google maps. 30 extra minutes trying to find it.

Lovely place to work for but unfortunately they closed my position

Very unprofessional I came in for an interview with the manager named Cristy from their promotions department the manager called my staffing company and lied about what I said at the interview then I get a call from my staffing agency saying that the person I was interviewed by was not Cristy. So the person who approached me at the job site was supposedly not "Cristy" and was the manager of Bullet Line. The person who interviewed me told my staffing agent that I said I got physical and my previous job. Which was a lie!!!!!!. Very unprofessional and westaff as well.

Amazing service. Angelica Rodriguez in particular was just awesome, because of her, I rate this 5 stars.

If there were 0 points I would give them 0! customer service terrible, quality of product horrible, too many mistakes on a single product. I would NOT recommend anyone to order from them. If you currently working with them you should stop. if there will be a mistake you will pay for it.

Once again Bullet line screws up.... they guaranteed delivery and they did not perform... they always over promise under deliver. So much for a guarantee......... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED they must write there own reviews because everyone I talk to says the same thing - SHAME ON YOU BULLET LINE

I've been in the promotional products industry for 20+ years. Bullet was my go-to source for price point items for many years. Over the past year, the service level has dropped tremendously to the point where I can't trust them to meet any event deadlines. Very disappointed in their service.

I used to work here at the customer service call center, this place is awful to work at. The quality control Dept which monitors your calls is garbage. They don't know what they are doing. Especially the girl called Erin tillery. They hire and fire people like nothing. It's like a revolving door and they don't care about you. When they fire you, you get escorted with a security guard like a criminal to the door. I got fired and they gave me a lame excuse, people were saying they were gonna close down the call center area only so that's why they were firing people every week. Out of a training class of 15 people only 3 were left and I was one of them. Only 2 were left once they fired me. This place should be closed down, very poor management. They lost alot of good agents due to their poor QA dept. They even fired alot of people upstairs which was the OPS dept.
