I had all the pieces and only one was damaged. I am not a fan of the Perfect Snap. If a piece almost belongs it s really hard to take it back out. This one also was so very very hard I lost interest in putting it together. The only puzzle I have ever felt that way about.

Hey I just wanted to let you guy know, that I love your creativity of your puzzle ideas but you guys should really think about how people will solve them. People have different ways of learning and by you guys making your puzzle very difficult there is no fun in doing especially with family and friends. It just get frustrating and boring because you can t unite one piece to another. I don t want you guys to take this the wrong matter but I was just wanting to let you know that making your puzzles a bit more functional it would be fun and bring more customers to buy your guys product. Thank you

Very poor customer service. Tried to order a puzzle to Canada, the option was not available through the online store. Contacted the company and was told it was possible, and was even given a shipping quote. Told my daughter we were getting the puzzle she wanted. Then after a few days of no contact, I enquired how they would like payment and was told that even though the product I wanted was in stock, they had changed their minds and would NOT ship the item.

Poor customer service and even worse going back on their word. Would not recommend.

was as if the halves of 2 different puzzles had put together under the same picture. Quality control is apparently non existent.

This company does not care about its customers at all!! I have had several puzzles that have been missing 4 or more pieces when brought brand new, bent and peeling pieces and total mixture of two puzzles in one box and customer service is unresponsive to my complaints. They are completely ignoring me. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS YOU WILL BE DIAPPOINTED EVERYTIME!!! And I called on the phohelpfulne and the person who called back was rude and not .

I received 2 puzzles for Christmas from Buffalo Games I have 1 put together and started working on the other one a few days ago.,There is a piece of the border missing and another piece is ripped. Tried to fill out form however would not let me finish because of no puzzle image. I am not spending hours on a putting this puzzle together when I won t be able to do anything with it with a missing and a ripped piece. I spent 3 months putting the last one together as it was very difficult. The puzzle is Its A Ruff Life

Got a gorgeous Kim Norlien 2000 piece puzzle and missing 2 pieces, but i have 2 different colored pieces that don't go to the puzzle...so discouraging to not be completed..

Jasper National Park puzzle 500 piece. Has both sides pieces missing. Kinda hard to put the puzzle together with the side pieces missing. Pd$ 90.00 for 8 different puzzles . I just hope they re not all missing pieces to the puzzles Won t do it again That s for damned sure

I previously wrote a bad review on their customer service, and the fact that I didn't get my replacement puzzle for missing pieces I experienced with a puzzle I purchased. They did get back to me, and they made up for the puzzle which didn't have all the pieces. I received a new puzzle, it was a different image, but same theme. Which I do appreciate. So i changed my rating from 1 to a 4, would've been a 5, but I couldn't get my original puzzle that I worked hard to complete.

Overnight parking, you can sleep overnight at the company or they might send you to their second location
