The website they delivered was functional and met our basic requirements, but it didn't truly capture the unique essence of our brand. Additionally, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar agencies in the market. On the positive side, the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and the communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and value for money.
