The food was decent.
Pina Colada was awful...way too sweet.
Curry cabbage was excellent.
They functioned professionally during this time by taking temps before entering. Thank you by trying to keep all safe, employees and customers. Keep up the good work.
Great island food love the crew that works there but typical Caribbean restaurant the wait time is a bit long... otherwise food and people make up for it
It was a great experience. I was given a time and the food was ready by then. I ordered the coconut curry snapper with rice and peas which came with steamed cabbage and yellow plantain. The fish was everything, it was seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was tender and moist. The sauce was flavorful and went nicely with the rice and peas which was also cooked just right. I only received 2 pieces of yellow plantain and felt like I should have received a little more lol. Because of their efficient customer service and tasty food I will certainly order from Footprints (Flatbush location) again.
I ordered Rasta Pasta with Cajun red snapper on Uber Eats.
I cannot understand how they sent this in the bag... if I could give no star I would . I'm very unhappy with this purchase. And I ordered 2 of the exact same dish. There is no way the cook did not see this Fish before they sent it.
And the Pasta is Salty and I love salt so no no no this is very salty.... i'm very upset and I can't get to post a picture even more upset
It is hit or miss w/ this place when I order Oxtails from here. There are many times where it is delicious and falling off the bone and other times when its not cooked as well or long and it's tough. When it's good its great but I will no longer risk the chance and make it myself. It's not like I should be eating it frequently anyway. Also last time I came in person, there was an error in my order and they had such an attitude when I asked for the correction.
I've been waiting to try the much talked about rasta pasta, finally stopped by.
Personally I dont see what all the hype was about . Sauce was watery seemed like the main ingredient was garlic with coconut milk . Had the escovitch, thought it was just ok .fish was small for 20 bucks
Waited over a half hour for my food .
Had to go back inside and look for it ...
Sad because the food was probably sitting there 15 minutes ..my fish probably would have been much better had i gotten right away. Anyway
Overall I'd say it was ok just thought it was going to be something better then rest .
Decent food, HORRIBLE attitude. I was simply asking a question about an item on the menu and the person I spoke to was very rude for absolutely no reason. I remained civil even when I felt like she was getting annoyed and that did nothing to encourage her to also be civil. I can't believe this is acceptable behavior in a place of business.
Bad experience, all the workers are very rude. The manager looks like he is tired and over work. Bad customer service. Food is okay. However it make you feel unsafe to eat there when the workers serving your food are very rude. You make a compliant, nothing is solved and no workers get confused consequences for their action.
The owner of Footprints truly need to educate his/ her workers about Great customer service because your going to lose a lot of customers. Don't ever feel to comfortable on your rating l, it can go down real fast with a team that truly doesn't care for the customers nor their job.
Horrible customer service Renee! This place can t seem to get their orders correct. This was the last straw tonight. I went into the store specifically for this place to not get my order incorrect and they still did it!!!! I didn t think to check the bag because I told them what I wanted in their face not through the internet off of a food app. I got home and to my surprise they still messed up. I called and spoke to an employee about the situation, and she told me I can come in within 7 days to get credit for their mistake to get my order redone.
Now I guess the manager Renee overheard thst and did not like that statement because she made the girl put me on hold for 8 min and now Renee came on the phone to tell me I have to come back out to exchange it, and I don t live close to this location it is 25 min driving distance.
Renee you are truly a horrible manager!!!
