Not sure what's worse. This company's product or its lack of customer care / interest.

Purchased a bottle of this company's French Vinaigrette Dressing Light and in all the years I have bought various dressings from various company's, this has got to be the worst.

I have had water that's had more flavour than what this bottle of dressing had. Everyone that used the dressing all commented on how poor quality the dressing was to the point people who had put the dressing on their salad left their salad as the dressing had spoilt it.

Followed all the instructions, placed bottle in fridge after opening etc, gave the bottle a good shake before use but no sooner did you stop shaking the bottle, the dressing split.

Took the time to write a polite email to the company and got no response back. I then wrote a letter and sent that via Royal Mail, again, no response.

To me that says a lot about a company and its products and most of all gives a good indication of just how they feel about their customers.

I won't buy any of this company's products again, and would not recommended this company or its products.

Their are better company's that work hard not only creating amazing products but who really value their customers and their feedback.

Don't waste your time, effort or money here.

Slow, confusing and generally a waste of time. Who waits almost 2 hrs to tip one pallet? Come on peeps up your game. Please.

Disgusting company. They do not observe their unloading hours. You wait 6 ... 7..hours while they talk. Very bad attitude of the staff.

Bought a jar of sausage casserole paste.The label containing instructions for use didn't "peel" cleanly so illegible. Sent numerous e mails asking them to send these details, and so far no response.Jars best before date will soon be here, and I think my money is now down the drain.Expected better customer service from a company like this
