Ordered the part late on a Friday and used their 24 hour delivery by DPD. When it did not arrive on the Tuesday, contacted them to be told it was not in stock. It arrived Wednesday. Part fitted and works well so happy with that side of things.
Website must be updated to show parts not in stock or not immediately available as customers expect me to meet my deadlines!

Fantastic service went out their way to ensure I had my parts on time by travelling 140 miles and delivering the parts themselves on a Saturday would definitely recommend.

Brake line parts arrived within 48 hours. I should have ordered clips as well as these broke up on removal and I spent a couple of hours searching the local suppliers for replacements.

Got rubbed off with the old, not our problem, for parts that did not arrive. That may be the case, but decent service would inquire from their end as well. I explained to them that Royal mail web site would not work for me in Australia but no offer to help. Poor service indeed.

Supplied exactly what I needed and had been looking for for a while, but took longer than expected to arrive. So slightly let down by the postal service, hence loss of a star. I would use them again though.
