Brickhouse gym

I recently joined this gym after hearing great things about it from friends. The gym's equipment is top-notch and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. However, I found the staff to be a bit lacking in friendliness and customer service. There were times when I felt like I was just another number rather than a valued member. The classes offered were decent, but I wish there were more variety and options for different fitness levels. On the positive side, the membership fees were reasonable and the location is convenient. Overall, it's an average gym experience. I hope the management works on improving the customer service and adding more diverse class options. 💪🏋️‍♂️
