Ordered some M12 panel mount connectors from Brewers Hardware as part of a bigger batch, but the lead length was a bit of a letdown. They came in with 3-inch leads instead of the 12 inches shown in the description. That’s quite short for most setups and really restricts how you can layout your panels and components. I’ll probably have to solder on some extensions just to make them usable.

I ordered a BCS from Brewers Hardware, Inc., and noticed they switched the wire leads to a 3-inch size with a different color scheme—using Black and White since the Red is unused. As mentioned elsewhere, if you’re mounting the BCS inside a panel enclosure, you’ll likely need to solder a wire to your setup or use longer leads if it’s located elsewhere. I’m running ethernet cable to my small panel enclosure, so it works out fine.

I’m really impressed with the quality of this thermowell from Brewers Hardware. It has a substantial, sturdy feel, and the threads are precise. The machining detail for the o-ring groove is excellent, ensuring a proper seal. It fit right into my Blichmann pot without any issues. A great find for homebrewers looking for reliable stainless steel components.

Great addition to my setup. I use a custom mash tun with a removable stainless steel false bottom, and this tube does a fantastic job keeping things sanitary while ensuring I get every bit of wort out. I’m already planning to order two more from Brewers Hardware for my BK and HLT.

Brewers Hardware really delivered on their promise of quick service! I was thrilled to see my order arrive in Australia in just five days. The product itself is fantastic—it disassembles in seconds, making cleanup a breeze. The customer service team was also excellent, very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable brewing gear.

The 15-gallon Jacketed Fermentor from Brewers Hardware is an absolute beast. It really feels like a professional setup right in my garage here in Las Vegas. I’ve got it hooked up to a chest freezer with 45 gallons of glycol chilling at 28 degrees, and it handles fermentation and cold crashing like a champ, even when the garage hits 90 degrees. They really need to update their website with better photos because the current ones don’t do this unit justice. I’m definitely grabbing another one soon!

Brewers Hardware delivered a really solid kettle. The build quality is excellent, and the whirlpool port is a great feature that prevents hot wort aeration. The pickup tube is fantastic too. There was a small dent on the bottom, but it was there before packaging, so it wasn't damaged during shipping.

If you are looking for serious brewing gear from Brewers Hardware, this is it. The fermenter is built like a tank—maybe a bit heavy, but that just proves how solid the construction is. Compared to my Blichmann unit, I actually prefer this one. It is designed for gravity drainage with a sensible height, features a wider port for easier yeast removal, and includes a superior racking arm. Plus, having the thermowell and glycol jacket pre-installed is a huge plus. Everything feels well-made, and I have no complaints at all.

Fast shipping from Brewers Hardware—I placed my order on Monday and received it by Thursday. I do have a question about CIP pumps: my 1/2" CIP ball spins wildly, but the one I bought from the store rotates very slowly. Does anyone know which pump works best with this specific part?

Just got this fitting delivered and it’s perfect for my RIMS setup. The quality is outstanding—absolutely no scratches—and it arrived in excellent packaging. I’m just starting out with building my own brewery, so I’ll definitely be ordering four more of these plus a few other accessories from Brewers Hardware soon. Cheers!

Hands down the gold standard for brewing components. It’s a marvel of precision engineering. I actually returned a comparable item from another supplier on the exact same day I ordered this one. Derrin’s offerings from Brewers Hardware are truly in a league of their own.

Adding a few of these diverter valves to my brewing setup at Brewers Hardware has totally changed the game. Now I can go from vorlauf to BK transfer and fly sparge just by switching two valves. If you want to brew faster and more efficiently, these are an absolute must-have.

I placed my order for this Brewer Hardware element on a Thursday night and it arrived by Monday afternoon, which is excellent for standard shipping. The unit looks fantastic, and the included accessories are just as well-made. It feels incredibly substantial in your hands—you can really tell it’s built to last. With the 240V 5500 ULWD fold-back design, it offers plenty of surface area for effective brewing.

I’ve got three of these units with NG orifices in my setup from Brewers Hardware, and I’m really happy with them. Unlike the noisy jet tip burners, these run practically silent—you almost have to double-check to make sure they’re actually on. They also offer great versatility; I can dial them down low for mashing or crank up the heat for a rolling boil if you’ve got good ventilation. Plus, the larger diameter ensures much more even heat distribution across the kettle bottom. A quick tip: pick up the burner shield mounts sold by Brewers Hardware or build your own, since wind can definitely affect the flame.

Brewers Hardware has delivered another top-notch component that lives up to their reputation. I truly believe no one else manufactures these to the same standard. The attention to detail is impressive, particularly how the nut faces are machined to properly seat the O-ring. One detail worth noting for installers: the kettle or fermenter itself doesn’t need internal threads because the O-ring on the thermowell’s inner face creates the seal. It’s a rare find to see a sanitary weldless thermowell like this available off the shelf, making it ideal for fermentation setups. It feels rugged enough to withstand a mash paddle strike and promises to last a lifetime. A simple hand-tighten is all it takes to get a perfect, leak-free fit.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the kettle I ordered from Brewers Hardware. It arrived in pristine condition with absolutely no manufacturing defects. I added a 1.5" Tri Clover fitting at the 1:30 position for my element, and the on-site welding they did was even cleaner than what you get from the factory. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I upgraded to the 2-inch setup after starting with the 1.5-inch system, and Brewers Hardware made the return process smooth and hassle-free. For 120V users, the smaller unit is sufficient, but if you are running a 5500W element on 230V/30A, the 2-inch version is a must to prevent tube boiling. The larger volume helps dissipate that massive heat load. Keep in mind you don’t need this much power for standard mash recirculation or sparging unless you are using the RIMS tube as a high-power heater to bring cold water up to temperature. Sourcing water from your HLT into your MLT significantly reduces power demands. I’m currently using this in 10-gallon electric kettles for 5-gallon batches, so the setup is a bit overkill, but I’m preparing for a future brewery pilot system. My build includes a 2-inch RIMS tube, element holder, various Triclamp fittings (including 1/2-inch NPT caps and 90-degree barb caps), and mounting clamps sourced directly from Brewers Hardware. I paired it with a ULWD element, 10-3 power cable, and a 220V locking connector from a local store, plus a 6-inch PT100 thermoprobe from Auber Instruments. The tube performs exceptionally well, and the team at Brewers Hardware was great to deal with. One important safety tip: double-check your ground screw. Mine loosened due to tolerances and slipped, which is easy to fix with new hardware, but it’s a serious hazard if overlooked.

I’ve been using valves from Brewers Hardware and they are fantastic—super easy to clean. I know some folks complain about leaks, but I haven’t had any issues. Definitely worth it, especially since they offer much better flow control than butterfly valves and are a breeze to maintain compared to standard ball valves.

I’m really impressed with this item from Brewers Hardware. It has a distinct, instrument-like design that looks great. I installed a sight glass on the output and switched to cam fittings for a better seal. I’ve used it for both heating strike water and maintaining mash temperature with a Blichmann 240 Brew Commander and a 5500W foldback element. The element adapter is well-made. I found that dropping the power below 50% during recirculation works perfectly. I ended up mounting mine horizontally.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the fermenter lid I ordered from Brewers Hardware. It feels incredibly solid, almost like a heavy-duty submarine bulkhead, with excellent fit and finish. I’m using it on a Sanke keg that had an 8-inch ferrule welded on locally by precision welding specialists. The staff there were genuinely surprised by how affordable the price was for such high-quality material. It has made cleaning the keg so much easier!

I recently bought eight of these from Brewers Hardware and was pleased to see that the cables were extended to over 12 inches, matching the photos. My current batch actually features even longer leads at 19-20 inches. It’s a nice improvement over the 3-inch versions I ordered back in 2017, which were noted by other reviewers at the time. Regardless of the length changes, the connectors remain high-quality, and the prices are still much more competitive than what I’ve found elsewhere. Solid 5 stars.

I’ve recently added a second unit to my setup with a 2nd SS Brewtech BrewBucket fermenter. I simply drilled a half-inch hole in the center of the lid, and now I can accurately monitor wort temperature right from the middle of the vessel using my Inkbird controller. It’s a perfect solution.

At Brewers Hardware, Inc., we rely on these valves in our brew house, and their design makes cleaning a breeze. Unlike some of the bulkier options from competitors like Blichman, these are far easier to take apart and maintain. They are simply the best we have found on the market.

I’m fairly happy with this valve from Brewers Hardware, though it’s not without its quirks. The body comes apart in a flash, even if wrestling with the handle takes a bit more effort. One thing to note: you don’t actually need to remove the handle just to clean the valve, a detail I learned the hard way. I’m giving this four stars because the ball passage is just a hair under 1.5 inches, which means some liquid tends to stay trapped in the attached tubing. Also, keep in mind that if the valve is only partially open, some liquid or particles can end up between the ball and the body—this is just a trade-off of their quick-clean design. It’s a reminder that you should fully disassemble the valve for cleaning after every use, rather than just running a brush through it when it’s open. On the plus side, thanks to the thoughtful design from Brewers Hardware, the disassembly process itself is incredibly straightforward.

Expensive, but if you need a sanitary pressure gauge for your fermenter, Brewers Hardware is the best choice. The quality is exactly what you expect from them. It comes in a styrofoam case for protection, though I wish it had a more durable case for long-term use.

I bought a kettle from Brewers Hardware based on the specs—specifically the wall thickness and 1.5-inch tri-clamp fittings—which seemed ideal for a pilot setup where keeping industry-standard hardware saves you a headache with gaskets later. But in practice, the experience fell short. When it arrived, the false bottom was loose enough to rattle around during shipping. Worse, trying to get it out left deep grooves and scratches on the interior walls; it’s clear that any friction during insertion or removal will damage the metal. I actually have two units, using one as a mash tun and the other for boiling, and the boil kettle’s bottom has warped significantly. They don’t sit level anymore, and the lids won’t close properly. For the price, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I eventually switched to a different brand with volume markings, a jacketed bottom, and a V-wire screen. Having bought quite a bit of gear from Brewers Hardware and spoken with Wil and Curtis a few times, I felt my concerns about these manufacturing defects were met with a lack of real concern. Ultimately, the equipment didn’t live up to expectations.

This valve from Brewers Hardware performs exactly as promised. I use it on the outlet of my chugger pump, and it regulates flow with precision. After seeing how fast a standard three-piece ball valve gets gunked up, I’ve decided to swap out all my existing valves for this design. The ability to quickly disassemble, clean, and reassemble makes it a fantastic upgrade for any home brewer.
