Lackluster service. The communication was sporadic and often unclear, leading to confusion on project timelines and expectations. The staff seemed knowledgeable but were frequently unavailable, which hindered progress. Overall, it felt more like a struggle to move forward rather than a partnership. Would not recommend.
Company really cares about people. They pay above the industry average and have frequent team building events for full-time staff. The Care Team makes sure to touch base with contractors on a regular basis to make sure they are happy with their assignment. Ethical, honest relationships with clients. About half of the staff are women and the management team is very diverse, so no matter who you are you can feel like you will have a voice.
