I handed my 2 week old Samsung phone into telkom mobile after it shutdown with a device overheating message. Telkom mobile said it was a Samsung software issue and phone needed to be reloaded. It was only 2 weeks old so made sense it could be a latent software problem. A week later I get an sms from Bradian asking for R3500. They were very happy to supply me with their bank details, but no diagnostics report, no contact number for me to call them, etc. Just a request for money. I called Samsung and they said that is highly irregular and that a software reload should be done free of charge if there is a manufacturing problem. All seems a bit fishy. Bradian getting paid to do something that Samsung offers free of charge... Mmmm...

This is a awesome experience and th Risk department very helpful and friendly

Telkom should really consider moving business they are not efficient at all!

Never take your phone to Bradian for repairs, You won't get it back and they won't take your calls. No one is equipped to do their job here! Only take your stuff there if you no longer want it!

Security is very strick other wise its a cool place
