Bow Festival

I have been going to this since 1988. We always have a great time. Good vendors, great shooting. Don't forget to stop at the general store in town for a philly cheesesteak. Mike and the family are awesome

If you're an archer, who likes to shoot 3D targets, then this is the place for you. They have a running deer target, that "runs" back & forth on a track about 50 yards long. By the end of its second run, it looks almost as much like a porcupine as it does a deer. Watch out though, some "deer-pilots" really like to mess with you, & vary the speed so when you take your shot, it hits the dirt instead of the deer.

Just make sure you bring your muck boots, because more years than not, it's muddy, really muddy.

Great place to buy some gear and supplies. Neat to shoot the running deer, but the hill coarses get packed

My son and I had a very good time at this event. Lots of vendors to choose from and watching the competitions is a lot of fun.
