my favorite hang out in no. it is the perfect location in the heart of bourbon street. downstairs you can listen to a great band and dance all night. upstairs you have access to their balcony to throw beads and people watch. they usually have 3 for 1 beers upstairs as well. you can't bet that!!
Upbeat presenters host a real New Orleans party. :)
Great jazz music on Bourbon Street. Out of all of the ridiculous Frat party style bars in the area, I really liked this one. More mellow and low key. Great music! You can actually relax and enjoy it here. I would definitely return.
