Nice relaxed supermarket. Staff are nice. Plenty of car parks.

When I was in there a customer with partial-blindness was carefully helped by one of the staff there; which was really impressive!

Haven't been there for 20 years - and it's still great.

Down the road from home, friendly staff and a clean and tidy store.

Used to go to the Keilor road one now we bring our Nonna here.

Came in to buy my daughter a pack of Allen s snakes and a bottle of mineral water. After searching the isles for quite some time with no luck I came across a young man named Luke whom came up to me and said champ, you need some help . Fluttered by this little boys kindness, I replied I would love some . He then responds in a calm and soothing voice What can I help you with, muscles? . I was confused as why he called me muscles, as my arms aren t much bigger than the handle on a tennis racquet, however I respond saying I was just looking for some Allen s snakes and a bottle of mineral water . I stand silently and wait for directions to these items, but instead, the young man grasps me, and whispers in my ear you can find the snakes for half the price at coles . This boy has made my day, definetly deserves a pay rise and a promotion as he saved me a fortune.

The staff working here are exasperating due to their lack of basic product knowledge/customer service skills.

A great local supermarket with wonderful staff. Could be open later at night - longer hours.

Quite expensive but they have an amazing range of products considering the size or the store. Perfect local top-up spot!

Convenient place to shop, pricing is good and service is good. Signage in store could be better as it is difficult to find some items.

Went for the first time yesterday. Very nice and tidy supermarket. Good mix of brands. They had some good specials on as well. Friendly staff. No wait at the checkout.

Used to go here all the time as was convenient on the way home from work, however, not using it anymore as staff there are quite rude and not overly friendly.

Great meat section however so I'll miss that but that quality alone is not enough to bring me back in...

Great local independent supermarket. One of the larger IGA stores, with a great deli and meat department. Always have good local fresh bread and decent produce section too.

Great local supermarket. I am from another area however my mum is a local and I take her shopping there. Great variety of food. The best staff around they are lovely. Highly recommended.

absolutely horrible my daughter was kicked out because she was getting a product and accidently knocked a few products down then a lady told her to stop mucking up the display even though my daughter kindly picked all of the mess up and restocked the shelf. then she and her friends hadn't finished shopping and my daughter went to get some lolly's and the lady said to her very rudely" Out now girls pay and get out of this store" the rudest behaviour I have ever heard next time this girl should be more careful our family is full of lawyers 10 to be exact and we will not be afraid to sue this girl was blonde and did not have a smile on her face she just looked sour. my daughter was very upset afterwards and she wasn't even aloud to finish her shopping and she had to go to her 5 hour training session without having any snacks. the most horrible and disgusting behaviour I have ever heard of do not recommend going to this store horrible behaviour of staff and none look even a little bit interested in what they are doing I am not even going to give them one star since a staff member rudely kicked my daughter out of this store for no reason never go there and if you do I feel so sorry for you. I will be ringing the manger of this store to get to the bottom of who kicked my daughter out and why otherwise I will be suing

They had South Melbourne market Dim Sims. Cooked up well in the air fryer.

Good supermarket with food stuffs you normally have to go to a specialty store to find.

Great selection of mainstream groceries and alternative/health food options. Very competitively priced and always somewhere to park that's right near the door.

Friendly, accommodating staff. They let me do a pricing project here with my students, with 15 high school students running wild in the store.

Great local shopping...only problem parking.. parents from school next door use parking which isnt good at all ..shouldnt b able to do this ...if im shopping at the IGA i should have first choice...

I've always found Boundy's friendly and welcoming, the fruit and veg section always fresh.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey but I don't mind paying a little extra for good service.

Its amazing how much they can shelve in such limited space, I much prefer to do my shopping there than Coles or Woolworths.
