This place is pretty good but boba for two and a side order of popcorn chicken is around 15 dollars which could be a lot cheaper compared to something I could get in the San Gabriel Valley, but all in all, it's probably the best you can get for boba in the Valley with some Taiwanese snacks considering its location

I really like bounce boba it's right by Cal State Northridge. It's a cute little shop, where they have not just boba but also iced drinks, delicious food, and delicious tea. It gets busy but they are fast you can order on an IPad and create your own order and pay on the iPad kind of like a self-check out. The boba is delicious I like that you can infuse you boba with honey.

Other than the big bowl everything else is basically small portion foods of which one is expected to order 2, 3 or whatever to make a meal.
The quality is good and the help seemed young, eager, caring, excited and proud about what they do. That's nice to see! I enjoyed it, but next time I'll try the big bowl and see if its more bang for the buck.

This plastic wrap was placed inside of our Togo box so well that we didn t notice it was there until we started eating lol...it was underneath the chicken strips...taste was good but this really put me off sorry...

Edit: The ball of plastic was inside the box just like I posted; I didn't do anything to it. Is there supposed to be plastic inside the box? Shouldn't you make the plastic less noticeable, not more?

Great place that has boba drinks and tapas style food. Boba is sort of a no brainer, and they have a ton of different choices of add-ns for your drinks. Food is pretty darn tasty too. There is one small tv that always on, but you can't ever hear what going on. It gets pretty crazy busy inside. Parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge. They also have a frequent boba drink card too.

Can t rate the actual food yet because I didn t get to eat it - I picked up some for a customer and the popcorn chicken smells so good I almost want to eat it all myself! Quiet low key place with very cute kawaii theme/style feel to it. I could ooh and ahh over the menu design all day. Reasonable prices and decent variety of drinks sandwiches and I was pleasantly surprised by the super friendly staff that immediately greeted me when I walked in and made sure I got all I needed for the order before I left-it s the little things can t wait to take my daughter there she will love it

Just found this place today recommended by my son. We had the lucky grasshopper smoothie which is pistachio smoothie. Chicken pesto sandwich on sourdough which was delicious and the medium french fries medium meaning heat Factor. Everything was wonderful, the restaurant was very clean plenty of parking today and very friendly staff. We'll definitely be going there more often if you're in the neighborhood Plummer and Reseda stop by. Bounce Boba Loft is owned by kicking Cajun so you know the food's going to be good.

Ordered minced pork w/ rice and chicken wing combo. Came with free 16oz selected drink. Pork with rice was tasty. But pork is ground not minced. Chicken wings were excellent. Ordered mild and couldn't imagine what it would be if it were medium or hot. Upgraded the free 16oz to 22oz. Total cost combo for pork n rice, 6 chicken wings & upgraded 22oz drink. $14 + change + tip...$16+change

I love this place ! My Filipina girl friend and her cousin are and were frequent customers ( her cousins seemingly go night ) and introduced me to it , as someone who had never had boba this was the place to go ! The Tropical(waterfall?) Is to die for, as well as their spicy popcorn chicken and fries! 10/10 staff

If you come here don t ever except the spice levels on the popcorn chicken or fries to be correct. A mild to them means absolutely nothing... sometimes it s no seasoning at all and other times it s unbearable without sauce. Just put a standard amount of seasoning when people order and it would be fine.

Okay... During this crazy pandemic driven society... Bounce Boba Lounge is still amazing, convenient & most importantly open!!! Place your order on line...
Pick it up in 10 minutes...
Super friendly service. Best boba I've had in a while. You know how some places have boba that is under-done where it feels gritty in your mouth... Other places are over-done like mushy pasta... Bounce gets it right, EVERY TIME!!!

Ive been coming here for years and it is still by far my favorite boba spot. All the drinks are bomb and their food is even more delicious. So easy to get to the end of those punch cards to get a free drink! I love this place and recommend it to everyone! It gets a little busy at times but its worth it.

This a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. It is one of the good boba places in the SF Valley. My favorite drink here is the Almond Milk Tea Boba. So delicious! I also like to add egg pudding/custard sometimes. They also have great little snacks. I like getting the combo because you can get two portions plus get a free regular sized boba as well. (Drinks that don't qualify for free are 50% off) I like their popcorn chicken a lot. I have also tried their squid balls and thought they were good. Be careful when ordering "spicy".

I always get my food spicy everywhere I go or even "very spicy," but they actually make their stuff here pretty spicy! My squid balls were actually a lot spicer than I thought they would be, but they were delicious nonetheless! They also have little games you can play such as Jenga and some card games. Wifi is free as well. There are a good amount of tables as well as comfy furniture to sit on. Great music. A nice and fun place to hang out with good company. Kickin Kasian is next door so a lot of people like to eat there and get their dessert here afterwards.

Very popular boba spot in Northridge. They have a very wide selection of drinks and comfort food, as well as very polite and attentive staff. I have been going there for years and followed them to their new location, which is conveniently adjacent to other great dining establishments.

This place is no joke, once the doors open people come through. Staff is nice and the store front is clean, but compact for seating. Kiosk does help, but it's literally right by the register, so be prepared to sometimes bump elbows on busy times of the day. Definitely one of the better places in the area. Wish they would expand and put out some more milk tea options, but worth checking out if you already haven't.

5/5 Quality of Food
5/5 Quantity of Food
5/5 Service
5/5 Value (Price to Food + Service)

Good tasting drinks at a good price. The boba has a good consistency and chewiness . The place is busy at night as the CSUN students will come to hang out. I cannot comment on the food, but I will say it smelled good.

This spot is the one I like best. I go to a lot of restaurants but here I go the most. The team is very chummy and the cuisine they offer is so fresh and tasty. I would always prefer to have a nice meal in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

It gets super busy here and it's the main reason why most CSUN clubs do fundraisers here. Not too many sitting areas to lounge and drink away. They do offer board games and some sitting areas. Not advisable to sit in there when it gets busy, because it's definitely hard to maneuver around when its busy. People who wait in line don't want to move out of their way for you to get out. That's probably one of the downfalls that resorts to my 3-star rating. It's ok. To get your boba, you have to squeeze your way to the other side to get your drink. Not to mention, you get more ice than drinks. You have to ask for less ice. they charge you and if u don't tip them, they give you this WTF face. Boba is not impressive, either. the variety of drink selection is nice, and they have some great snacks like their chicken nuggets. But, overall.. this place is just okay
