This is a duff auction and should be reported to trading standards. No names on land register , no searches done yet fees are 10k plus when auctions costs. No breakdown provided for costs. Property sold by investors seem to pick up the property much cheaper than a agent tries to sell for. Some estate agents need to be investigated by naea. Reserve prices way exceed the 10% above guide. The contracts drawn up by sone of the solicitors should be void due to unfair terms.
