I’ve been a huge fan of Bolthouse Farms Arabica Coffee drinks for years, but last week’s experience was a nightmare. After finishing half a bottle, I felt a sudden peppery burn that spread from the tip of my tongue all the way up to my gums and the roof of my mouth. When I looked in the mirror, my taste buds were raised, and the sides of my tongue were swollen. I rushed to the hospital, where they confirmed I was having an allergic reaction. The hospital even notified the health department, so I called Bolthouse the next day. Their response was underwhelming: just a "sorry," a promise to investigate, and some coupons for future purchases. Honestly, why would I buy it again? I still don’t have a sense of taste a week later. I have no other allergies—just pollen—so this was unexpected. I’m starting to wonder if something toxic was added during production. The bottles have been sent to the health dept, so buyer beware.

I’ve been giving Bolthouse Farms five stars because, despite their great products in Bakersfield, I can’t seem to locate the large BLT Pomegranate juice in my usual local spots anymore, where I used to easily pick it up.

Bolthouse Farms really missed the mark on transparency. I got an allergic reaction because the packaging for a mango blend didn’t clearly indicate it contained bananas, despite the other fruits being obvious. It’s basic descriptive labeling—just add a picture of the banana! This oversight cost me hives, sweat, and a near-trip to the hospital.

What do you fertilize with? Because I'm very sensitive to certain things. I was buying the 100% carrot juice for my ailments. But it started tasting and smelling like pig manure they use in fertilizer.
I bought 1 bottle a week for 4 weeks. They all tasted bad.
I bought at Walmart in Greenville Michigan
Meijer in Cedar springs and meijer in Greenville mi.
Just incase it was a bad batch. But it shouldn't have lasted for a month at different locations.
