I had mixed feelings about Bnl Kennel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. They also didn't provide updates on my dog's well-being during his stay. However, my dog was well-fed and seemed happy when I picked him up. Not bad, but not great either.
