Does not follow up with call backs from representatives. Call accounting during normal business hours after being overcharged quoted amounts, system hangs up on you after pressing option 4 for accounting. This is after sales rep does not follow up to return emails or phone calls. Really, why Honeywell and Datalogic, et cetera entrust your company to resell is just irresponsible.

I had a delivery this place for this morning. It was a short run so I arrive in the middle of the night. They have a big parking lot so I was able to park immediately at one of the docks. I guess as soon as they open this morning one of the guys came out o wake me up. He had me out of there in no time and I was really happy. I guess they broke a pallet or 2 and left the trash in my trailer, I'm not mad I'm just saying they have 2 big dumpsters right on site. Also 1 more thing, in the short nap I took I was able to hear the airplane proportions because of the echo it creates. So if you're a light sleeper you might not want to sleep on site.

Huge selection of products and very helpful. Had a couple different sales reps and all have been nice and helpful.

Nicest staff I ve encountered in a long long time. Came in the morning for a pick up. Got a dock right away, was loaded within minutes. Guy loading me was very polite. Had me out of there in no time. Overnight is available.

Fast unload. Great group of staff. Decent amount of room to maneuver.
