I was looking for a loan, I tried using the big name banks, but they require too much time and paperwork. I gave an application to Blueline Capital and they were able to get me pre approved with their own underwriters within a day or two. And on top of that, I was able to get two SBA loans! Doug and the Blueline team did a phenomenal job. They got me a bridge loan and paid it off once the SBA's came through. He was patient and explained everything to me from start to finish.
