I bought a Nemo system for some shallow diving in Hawaii and absolutely loved it—I ended up grabbing a second one for my kids. The Nemo system by Blu3 performs exactly as promised. While the breathing pattern takes some getting used to compared to traditional scuba, it is certainly manageable. My only minor gripe is that the 12-inch hose looping behind my neck makes it tricky to explore reefs at just 10 feet deep; I found I could only go down about 9 feet comfortably, which limited my view under the ledges. A longer hose would have been a nice touch there. On the plus side, the unit is incredibly lightweight, making it a breeze to carry to the dive site.
