Initially a low level employee ignored my presence in the parking lot, when I wanted to ask him a question, but when I was able to enter the establishment the staff was extremely helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to attend to my questions and to supply me with a used circuit breaker for a particular breaker that was in extremely short supply at the time, due to Covid-19.

Would not come back after numerous calls within 6months to see why new faucet wasn't working properly. Had more work for them. Never heard back. Called another plumber.

Frank fixed an electrical problem. He was on time and very professional. I was thankful and would definitely recommend Bloom s to anyone.Also he told me I should think about upgrading my electrical panel. I already received a call from the office fellow with an estimate. I believe his name was Don and he was equally as nice and helpful also. I will call them anytime I need plumbing or electrical work done.

Furnace quit working on a very cold day. Bloom came that same afternoon & gave me an informed estimate. The next morning my new furnace was installed by Russ & Harrison. They explained, then completed the installation & clean up. Life was back to normal that same night. I am very grateful for their service. By the way, they had to work in a freezing old, stone basement.

Called for their 24 hour service, they had JB call me. He said he was 2 hours away, he d callback in an hour. An hour later he informed me he was still working on another customers repair and couldn't make it tonight. Called the next morning and came out to repair my furnace. Nice follow up.

Called 3 months ago for furnace cleaning and electrical work. The guy said we can t schedule now but we ll get the work done in a couple weeks. A month later I called back and they said the same thing. I never heard from them. Why do you string people along like this? We were long standing customers for many years. Obviously we have finally learned that their word means nothing and have taken our business elsewhere.

Ordered a new gas furnace, the pricing was very good, installation was done by a group of meticulous technicians. . This was one of two Im replacing, looking forward to working with the install crew again.

There was a problem with air in the lines with our hot water heating system. Troy was dispatched and fixed the problem but there was more work to be done. Troy and another(sorry didn t know his name) on March 4th fixed the heating system. They did a spectacular job- no mess,everything neat and tidy, professionally done, and it even looks appealing! No amateurs - to me Masters of their craft! Thanks so very much!
