Applied to position, got interviewed and fingerprinted. Was told I would receive an email to confirm fingerprinting. NEVER heard back. Emailed and called to verify that everything was okay or if it was decided not to hire me. This happened about 9 months ago. Looked in my email today and HR is trying to recruit me. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up.

Black Turtle Services is a really great company with very many opportunities. Agents have gotten promoted before even reaching 6 months tenure to team lead and/or supervisor. There are a lot of fun activities and incentives that drive not only performance, but for people to love their jobs.
Going through a tremendously exciting time of growth and transformation. Great leadership, a caring and supporting community of co-workers, and a great projects.. We do walk the talk and it is a great place to work at. BTS keeps getting better every year. I would highly recommend working at BTS!
