They delivered a chair on Tuesday. I had received a text and an email confirming delivery and stating due to Covid, the delivery person would only deliver to the threshold of the house. Ok, we can handle that. The driver came, took a very large and VERY damaged box out of the truck, left it in our DRIVEWAY, and drove off. I have since tried to contact the driver and the company through their website and phone, with no reply. I'm sure the driver left the box in the driveway because he would have been embarrassed to deliver such a damaged package, which he should have been.
