My whole experience here was amazing. I had Kaitlin helping me out through the whole process and I can t thank her enough. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with every possible thing. I would 100% recommend Kaitlin to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. Excellent service! Kept me informed when the part came in. Showed me the part before they installed it just to make sure it was correct. Installed the part in a timely basis. It would have been nice if they ran my truck through there car wash but this wasn t mandatory of course.
Such friendly service! I had no appointment but was in the area so thought I'd see if they could get me in. No problem. They serviced my car right away and the service man was so nice.
I contacted Bill Fox Chevrolet because another Chevrolet dealership MAJORLY let me down. I requested New Car Sales when I called in and Tim was the one to talk to me. He was easy to talk to and helped me find the PERFECT truck on their lot!!! There was a moment when I came back from the test drive and the manager spoke to me while Tim was finishing up with another client. I appreciated that he took time to chat with me while I waited. I would definitely recommend Bill Fox and Tim will be my go to sales person!

The service writer was knowledgeable, friendly, and was eager to reconcile the service needs of my vehicle. The vehicle is a rust free 22 year old SUV, and I normally wouldn't bring a vehicle of this nature to a Chevrolet dealer, most smaller general services repair shops can usually take care of repairs I need. But since the vehicle needed a front end alignment, it was actually recommended that I bring the vehicle to the dealer. I also had the dealer look into the check engine light and related trouble codes. Although we could not get to the bottom of this issue, I don't really mind, sometimes computer codes are difficult to resolve. There are certain stigmas with bringing older (and lower value) vehicles to a factory dealership, it has appeared to me to be cost-prohibitive. But this dealer was definitely fair, the cost was actually lower than estimated, and this makes me trust in the dealership, and makes me more likely to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for future repairs.
We took our 2013 Impala in for an oil and filter change. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was looking at new cars when Kaitlin Frohn asked if I had any questions and gave me her business card. One suggestion would be a little more privacy at the desks of the salespeople. We will continue to do business with Bill Fox Chevrolet and recommend them to others.
Quick oil change and tire rotation that went well, and I was back on my way in no time. Staff were very courteous and helpful.
Our salesperson, Tim, was very kind and helpful as he assisted my 18 year old daughter with her first lease. She left very happy.
