I recently booked a trip through this travel agency, and I must say, my experience fell short of expectations. The communication was often unclear, leading to confusion about our itinerary. 🗺️ While the destinations were beautiful, the organization of activities left much to be desired. We encountered several delays and had limited support from the guides. Overall, not a smooth journey. 😕
