Employees are not recognized for their contributions. No room for growth. The human resources department is terrible. It's not a real deal department. Honestly, there is so much more wrong with this company and how it's ran, and it's already exhausting to just even think about them.

They just took our business to a new level. Love how they worked around our schedule to collaborate with our marketing team. Excellent group of professionals. Will be hiring their services again.

Management is unreliable, and there is a lack of transparency from them. It's nice that you'll get parental leave and comfortable office, but you'll be working long hours for minimal pay. The company also has toxic work atmosphere that is made worse by favoritism from the managers. There is no work-life balance here. This company is the stereotypical terrible one that people are advised to avoid.

Their sales and marketing team are good and that's the reason why they get clients to work with them. But when you're passed on to their creative team, they don't seem to take their work seriously. They don't work with deadlines and don't like time-bound projects. They like to work at their own pace and they dictate when they will be done with it. I definitely don't like that kind of system. I want everything done professionally by professionals.

This isn't the ideal place to work. If you plan on applying for a position here, think twice. There's high employee turnover rate because of terrible work environment. There's no career growth opportunities, no work-life balance and the management wasn't appreciative and supportive. Working here was the darkest days of my career but I'm glad that I was able to escape and found a better job elsewhere.

Their digital strategies were average at best. Like many other agencies, they just copy the ideas from the web and portray them as their own. It's quite annoying.

BGB is a great company that simplified our work. Right from concept to deployment, they executed everything diligently and efficiently. I visited their office and was truly amazed with their office culture fun, modern and yet everyone was so passionately involved in work! Highly recommend these guys.

If you want boring and repetitive work, then you'll enjoy working here. As for me, I got burnt out and demotivated. There's no work-life balance here. If you're a family man like me, you may kiss goodbye to your personal time because your work will be the center of your life. You have to work for at least 12 hours a day and even on weekends. There's no structured process here that's why we're taking too long on performing our tasks. I hope the management will help us automatize our processes to make us execute our tasks more efficiently.

BGB is a great company that efficiently supports the educational objectives of pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. The products are very innovative and align with your marketing efforts. Highly recommended their promotional advertising!

The environment at BGB is very cut throat. They try to motivate you with fear yet lack the communication skills to help you succeed. Work-life balance is non-existent and salaries are stagnant and often below market. The expectations are that you rise to the every occasion, even if it is impossible.

As a client, I got to visit their office and I thought it really looks cool. The interior looks really nice, modern and fun. However, as you go around, you won't see any of the staff working and it does not seem like the time for a break. Or maybe they were always on a break. No wonder deadlines are not being followed and there's always delay with their work.

I believe BGB Group is a highly political and toxic environment company. Management is untrustworthy, not such professional as expected and sometimes disrespectful owner of the company is absolutely clueless about what's going on. The work environment is very unfriendly and work-life balance can be tough. Even though you are in teams, everybody looks out for themselves. There are a few good people who are dedicated to their work though.

I worked here for a short time and felt like I was deprived of my own time. The work is too much and I didn't have much time left to be with my family. I alwasy end up missng important family events and gatherings. Working here isn't worth all the trouble that losing time for yourseld would entail.

If your goal is to take your marketing to the next level, then BGB Group is not your go to team. While it was clear from the first phone call and follow up meeting that they have the experience and insight I was looking for, they deliver poor results and the assistance they provide didn't meet my expectations. Too many wasted time and missed deadlines.
